Our goal is to offer a unique experience, inspired by farm hotels and the enchanting world of fantasy stories. Here, you will find fields, forests, and animals, in an environment reminiscent of the cinematic village of Hobbiton. Toca is a themed accommodation, designed to provide moments of enchantment and connection with nature. Accommodation Capacity: • Accommodates: 1 couple and 1 child • Maximum per reservation: o Adults: 2 (from 13 years old) o Children: 1 (between 2 and 12 years old) o Babies: up to 1 (children under 2 years old, free of charge) o Pets: up to 2 Additional Fees: • R$ 50 per child • R$ 50 per The daily rate is the same for one or two adults. Before Booking • Attention: After booking confirmation, there are no refunds. Changes and Cancellations • It is possible to request a date change at least 30 days in advance, or by paying a cleaning fee of R$ 100. Exempt from this fee are: • Date changes • Presentation of a medical certificate Welcome! We love having pets! For this: • Bring your pet's bed, blankets, or sheets • Avoid letting them climb on the sofas or bed, as we use white sheets • Preserve the accommodation's furniture Pets and Extra People If you decide to bring your pet or add another person after booking, you will need to pay the additional fee via Pix upon arrival. This also applies to any extra children, adults, or companions. We ask that you respect the reservation limits to ensure an ethical and harmonious stay. The accommodation has been carefully planned down to the smallest detail - both the furniture and the circulation spaces have been designed to ensure comfort and functionality. For this reason, it is not possible to accommodate extra mattresses, whether single or double. Serviços and Useful Information Meals: We do not serve meals. Contact the local bakery that offers breakfast/afternoon tea baskets for delivery (payment directly to the supplier). Delícia Bakery: +55 55 9699-2060. • For evening feasts, the recommended allied establishments are: Santé Gastropub, Del Capo Pizzaria, Andry Lanches and Fritz; • If you are looking for a good lunch, we suggest: Restaurante do Sinho, Restaurante e Churrascaria Querência and Marmitex Bom Gosto; • Important: We recommend that you contact the food companies (bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, etc.) up to 24 hours before the start of your stay. • We do not provide coffee, salt, sugar and olive oil. In previous experiences, these items ended up deteriorating, so we opted not to keep them in the property. • Transfer: If it is raining or you are traveling by motorcycle, we offer a shuttle service from the city center to the accommodation for R$ 50 (one way only, with prior booking). • Parking: Private and exclusive parking in front of the accommodation (basalt pavement). • Nearby bar: Ratoo's Bar (drinks, sweets, snacks, billiards, bocce court). The bar is open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm (break from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm). • My parents, who are responsible for the bar, live across from the accommodation. As they are elderly and have some limitations, we ask for your understanding in not making special requests directly to them. Purchases can be made normally, respecting the bar's opening hours. Recommendations and Safety: • Bring closed shoes (boots or galoshes), especially on rainy days. • Remember to bring your bug spray to enjoy walks around the property with even more comfort. • The water for the accommodation comes from an artesian well (110m deep). • Pay attention to the electric fences that delimit the animals on the property. • Outdoor spaces are monitored by security. • For circulation and walks on the property, follow the themed signs. Sustainability: • Use Lights and appliances only when necessary. • Help us maintain a sustainable environment. Nature thanks you!Firewood and Campfire • We provide a limited amount of firewood for each stay: o Fire pit already stocked o Extra box of firewood next to the concrete tank o Used oil available to facilitate lighting o Suggestion: Bring charcoal if you prefer • Cleaning and Maintenance • We have a gap of only 4 hours between reservations. Therefore: If the accommodations are left below standard, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. Help us keep the space clean and pleasant for everyone. • For stays longer than 7 days, extra cleaning can be requested (R$ 100). • The same value applies to additional cleanings, regardless of the number of days. Accommodation Requirements and Suggestions
1. Objects and belongings of the house:
• Any absence or damage to items in the accommodation will be charged.
• Sheets, towels and rugs stained by misuse or carelessness will also be charged, aiming at adequate replacement for future stays.

2. Extra Guests: • We accept reservations for more than 2 adults and 1 child only through direct contact with the hosts (outside of the platforms). • It is mandatory to inform the total number of guests, make the advance payment via Pix, and arrange the details via WhatsApp. • It is also possible to set up tents in the outdoor spaces (bring your friends and enjoy playing RPG, for example). • Additional fees per adult, child, or pet follow the same rates as the platforms. 3. Activity in the Surroundings: • On Saturdays and Sundays during the day, there may be activity near the accommodation, but in the late afternoon the area is usually quiet and peaceful. 4. General Rules: • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. If the rule is broken, a cleaning fee of R$ 100 will be charged. • We do not provide personal hygiene items. • We request that you keep the windows partially open or open while using the outdoor spaces to help with ventilation and humidity control. • Guests may bring their own chairs for use in the outdoor areas if they wish for more comfort. Kitchen and Utensils: • The kitchen is equipped with essential items such as: Pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, bowls, electric kettle, Italian coffee maker, non-stick frying pan, air fryer, wine and champagne glasses, dessert bowls, openers, knives, spoons, barbecue forks, cutting boards, among others. • For grilling and roasting, it is necessary to bring your own skewers and grills (we only provide marshmallow skewers). • Many of the glass cups and glasses have been replaced with plastic versions. We recommend that, if you prefer, you bring your own containers for greater comfort and to avoid replacement expenses. 6. Connectivity and Entertainment: • Coprel fiber optic Wi-Fi. • The dormitory has an HDMI cable, an adapter with 3 USB ports, and extensions to facilitate charging devices.

7. Schedules and cleaning:
• The stay lasts 20 hours: from 6 PM to 2 PM the following day.
• Cleaning takes place between 2 PM and 6 PM and is done with attention to the smallest details.
8. Check-in, check-out, and negotiations: • We do not negotiate prices or discounts. • It is not possible to enter before the check-in time (this time follows the personal schedule of the hosts due to their individual work schedules), however, if there are no guests after the check-out time, it is possible to negotiate an extra stay and guarantee a longer stay. The cost of the additional hour is 20 reais, payable via Pix until noon (before the check-out time at 2 PM). • After booking, please inform us of your expected arrival time and the names of all guests. 9. Reviews and communication: • We value clear, ethical, and respectful communication. • Positive reviews are important for both guests and hosts. Compliments are always welcome, as are suggestions for improvement. • Unfounded criticisms or those based on a lack of reading the ad may be reported to the platforms, as all information is clearly described and the photos are true to reality.Check-out Instructions (leaving the accommodation) • Please wash the dishes you used during your stay; • If you have moved any object or furniture, please return it to its original location; • We request that you empty the trash cans and leave the bags in a visible location at Toca for collection or, if you prefer, take them with you for proper disposal; • Leave the mini-fridge at the minimum cooling level after check-out (adjust using the internal button on the appliance); • Towels can be left on the hooks in the bathroom or on the shower stall to dry; • Leave Only the bathroom window should be slightly open to aid ventilation until cleaning is completed; • Keys can be left in the door, just as they were at check-in.
