"Great place - completely updated. Location isn’t really walking distance to Dillon Amphitheater or Dillon restaurants because it is straight up a steep hill for a 30 minute walk. For the price, it should have been comparable to the Dillon properties on the lake so I wouldn’t pay for that place out if the way and down valley without the views."

"A few things to mention here. We booked in the shoulder season- beginning of Oct. The condo was advertised at a low price per night but the added taxes and fees made this more than double the advertised rate for two nights plus paid parking. All in all still not terrible for Breckenridge. Also.. the condo is small, but cute enough and clean. The king bed is too big for the space. "Our stay was pretty great! The place was clean (other than the toilet seat that could be replaced). Could use a few small updates but it was set up with everything we needed and worked great for the week.
