"Location location location Couldn’t have been better. Cozy condo with great parking and a nice outside area for drinks and people watching."

"Perfect location for summer activities in Breckenridge. The pool and hot tub were very nice and property manager was so helpful. We look forward to coming back next summer!"

"A little older than other buildings in the area, but it was very clean and convenient to everything in the River Run community. The ad says it sleeps 4, so just be aware that means 2 in the double bed and 2 on the couch. There's no AC, but that seems normal for the area. Just be aware on those hot summer days. It's not really a place you want to hang out in the room anyway."

"The property was as expected. Very pleasant visit with no issues. Would definitely stay here again!"

"To put it short and sweet. Book this property! I had zero complaints and loved this place. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials you need. Pans, utensils, etc. check in and the duration of our stay was so peaceful. No hassle with a front desk. So simple and well organized. The house is so comfortable and comes with all the extra things you would need. Extra blankets, pillows, humidifier, fans, baby bed, high chair, and more.It is so nice to travel to a home away from home. Thank...

"I can’t say I blame the owners of the condo for these comments but I do need to address them. I stayed at River Run for 4 days in those 4 days the fire alarm went off multiple times on the first two days due to malfunctioning equipment. The elevator was broken the hot tub did not work and we had no hot water for a day. It was also very hot and the condo had no AC."

"Try to check in during a convention and took forever rooms were hot and smelly. Once upon arrival some of the extra blankets in the closet had a weird smell to them. The coffee makers had lime scale in the bathrooms only have walk-in showers, which are inconvenient when you have young children. The drawers are easy for my child to access and grab things they weren’t supposed to have limited parking."

"This is a great place to stay in the center, and you can see just the edge of one of the lifts from the balcony. Super close walk, perfect spot! Loved the beds! I didn't realize that I needed to have a printed parking pass until I was already there. Beware you will need to print that. They had emailed it to me and I did not see a message about going to that email on VRBO (unsure). We found a Walgreens that was open on the way there but that made it more chaotic than I would have liked. Also,...

"Nice location. "

"Summer stay, loved that there was an AC option. Everything super clean and all amenities easy to use. Huge bed and balcony and super close to our event, and super close to main street restraunts and nightlife, two skips to the Sauce on the Maggie restraunt...so good! Watched a moose chill in he pond! Hope to stay here again."

"Great location, clean and well maintained property close to all of the action. Unit is well stocked with cooking essentials and has modern fresh appliances. Owner was extremely responsive & had helpfull intel about the surrounding area including recommendations. Property access is controlled through an app that was shared prior to arrival and worked seemlessly. Would highly recommend for all seasons."
