"Two blocks from the beach. Great house with great space inside and out. The property Manager was very responsive. Great area close to the beach, restaurants, the Balboa Pier and Lido Village. We bought our dogs and there was plenty of space with an enclosed front patio and enclosed backyard. And there’s a supermarket one block away. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Stay was great. Loved the house and outdoor area. I left a “kindness stone” to the left of the chaises. I do this wherever I go. Maybe it’s a msg someone needs to hear. The driveway was too steep for me to use so we just parallel parked in front of driveway. I must say the climb down to Thousand Steps beach was easy peasy but coming up…ugh. Overall we loved it. "Pros: I very much enjoyed the location. It is walkable to just about everything you could possibly want to do in the area, including but not limited to: a nice beach with volleyball nets, many shops, MANY fine art galleries, food spots, dessert spots, walking trails, and more. The location feels generally very safe and although the parking was a bit tough to locate, no issues at all once I knew where to pull in. The check-in was well explained and very straightforward, simple to check out as...

"The property was not as shown in the photograph; we were not in a one story street level but over the garage with steps. The host was incredible with response and providing suggestions for restaurants (that all were great!). We had an outstanding experience and hope to stay here again in the future. The microwave was broken but we didn't need it except to heat up our coffee when it cooled. Such a refreshing stay with 2 blocks to the shore and the same to the nearby Lido marina with water...
