"At 3.30pm no one at reception and the Ph No given on the door not answered. What to do? Keys in an unlocked lock box. Would have been great to have known. I stuffed up the TV and it needed a password to fix. Did not happen in 2 days. When we left I told the mgr my thoughts on his efforts and that ..."
