"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "We had the perfect multigenerational family trip here at Villa Fantasy! The house is spacious, beautiful, and well designed. The staff is awesome catering to your every need. The pool has a large area 1 foot deep perfect for small children. The beach is gentle as is Bengal Bay making even beginning sea kayakers and paddle boarders navigate the waters easily. Alec, the staff manager, should be elected for public office because he knows the community well and can arrange trips to Blue Hole...

"It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient. Security on site so definitely feel safe. You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas. Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance. Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !! "
