"Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access. "I booked this Hotel due to it's close proxomity to Accor for (State of Origin 1) The confusing part for me was where to check in as it's a Hotel/Pub so you walk into the bar and basically find a random staff member who will take your details and give you a key (I can't even remember the last time I used a key for a room and not a swipe card) The location itself I didn't realise until after I checked out was quite close to Homebush station so fellow travellers keep that in mind. "The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops."

"Upon arrival, there was nowhere to park, even on the street, so I phoned up to be told the location of the car park - Cnr York & Parramatta Rd BTW! The staff were all very friendly and helpful though, and I was told explicitly no smoking in my room. At dinner, I nearly took my eye out, lifting myself up on a high stool and hitting my head on the corner of a high narrow shelf. Lower tables here would be much safer! My meal was great! "This hotel locates in a very nice neighborhood, bus stop and supermarket just steps away. Walk to the ferry terminal enjoying fantastic views on the way. Staff are very friendly. Bars and restaurant on the ground floor. Only not very convenient is sharing bathroom. But we managed well with it."

"Perfect location for my short stay. Undercover parking, accessibility, close to amenities, lovely view, very clean, comfy bed, just like the photos. I did have a little trouble actually finding it because it’s tucked away nicely next to Ryde public school. Nowhere to park to check-in, although I parked at the entrance to gate parking area. "
