Comfortable and Convenient
We were all comfortable with the accommodations. The location was convenient to visit with family in Sacramento for a wedding and to tour San Francisco. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Concord family time
Very comfortable accommodations, easy to get onto main highways & close to great shops & restaurants. Host made check in and out very easy & was very quick with answers to any of our questions. Hope to be able to rent this again when in area!

Great location
As others have stated, the furnishings are a bit dated but it served our needs perfectly and was a great value for the money. The bathrooms are nicely remodeled and the yard was very nice. We enjoyed the covered patio. We had a minor issue and the owner responded very quickly. We have family nearby and look forward to staying here again.

Exactly what we needed
The house was great. It had plenty of sleeping spots and was comfortable and roomy. My only suggestion would be to have better cookware. I cook a lot, even on vacation and it was difficult with what they had. Other than that, it was great.

Spacious house with great backyard space
Backyard space is really nice with some beautiful landscaping. Property manager was very responsive. Unusual light bulb burned out in the upstairs bath making it difficult to get ready since it was impractical for all of us to use the downstairs bath. House is showing some wear and could use a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture in some areas.

Mom's Birthday
This property was ideal for our needs. It was close to my mother's house and had enough beds for all that stayed. The patio had plenty of chairs for all. We did miss having a booklet with entering and leaving instructions. Also needed instructions for the day bed. Loved staying here.

Perfect for our needs!
This lovely home was great for our stay. It was very spacious and well stocked. We were there to visit our daughter who just had a baby in the next town over. While we spent quite a bit of time at my daughter’s home it was nice to come back to this home for showering and sleeping. Would love to stay there again for future visits.

Clean property with wonderful host.
This is a beautiful property with comfortable beds. We were traveling with show dogs and host was very supportive. Nice secure backyard for your fur family members. Added benefit was a squirrel running the fence line. Entertainment for the dogs. They would sit in the shade and watch for it to reappear. Nice coffee and hot pots. Not much of a cooks kitchen. All basics are covered though.

Would I stay there again? In a heart beat.
Let's see what was lacking? Well I could have used a mop, , a bucket, a vacuum cleaner. I was there for 10 days and after three or four days those things come in handy, benefittng both renter and landlord. There was a broom and a carpet sweeper though. Out of 5 stars I would give 4 and a half. I have stayed at places that provided candy and pamphlets on surrounding activities. Would that have made my stay better? Probably, but that does not detract from the quality of the property. Access to a clean spacious garage was definitely a plus. The fully operational washer and dryer was very convenient, and I did not take the missing knob. There were plenty of clean towels, the bath rooms were immaculate and fully functional, the furnace airconditioner, wifi, tv, dishwasher refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, stove and oven, combination door lock, operated perfectly. The bed I chose on the first floor was not too soft nor too hard, a wonderful combination. ANY issues I had Bella responded positively, immediately. She was great. The location is wonderful. It is in a completely quiet residential neighborhood but close to commercial areas and parks. The place was very roomy, spacious, clean, practical, well appointed including paintings on the wall, with close attention given to the front and spacious, fully furnished back yard. I stayed there alone but one of the nights my daughter and five of my grandchildren stayed over and there was plenty of room and sleeping space for every one. Would I stay there again? In a heart beat.

Comfortable and well equipped stay
This was a very convenient location for us to spend a week in the east bay. We had everything we needed. The AC worked well and beds were comfortable! We will return.

Good Location
The location was perfect. Easy to get to all of the places that we needed to go with lite traffic and in a timely manner. The house was a little rougher than the pictures showed. The kitchen was VERY small and could have been stocked a bit better with utensils and glasses/cups. It served the purpose that we required and we had a good time. The AC needed to be on almost the entire time just to keep the upstairs at 75 degrees. It was on a timer that had it continually turning off and then the house would get hot and stuffy. It was pretty stuffy when we arrived, we went to open the sliding door and the windows, but there was only a screen on 2 of the bedroom windows and nothing on the slider. We had an issue with the wi-fi, however, Bela was quickly responsive and unfortunately it needed further service and the work was going to be done after our visit.

Worth every penny
Our time in California was short; however, the accommodations were perfect for my family. We did not take advantage of the backyard due to us spending time sightseeing. Bit the house was just as described. Bela is an awesome host. She was.very responsive and handle an issue which was out of her control. She checked on us the first night to ensure everything was as stated. If this house is available during.our next trip to San Francisco we will definitely book with Bela.

Concord House
Very clean property, but a little worn out. Quiet, suburban neighborhood. Furniture is low to the floor. Upstairs shower is tiny. Backyard is concrete and bark mulch with a few plants, but only grass is in the front. Appliances worked great. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Even cooked a few meals. Dining table ample. Good WiFi and desk for work space.

3 day getaway
Property is adequate. Appears to be old and could use some maintenance such as bathroom doors upstairs,office door, ice maker didn’t work. Served our purpose as we were away from the property most days.

Great stay!
My husband, 2 dogs and I were traveling halfway across the country and our intended housing fell through days before our arrival. Bela was great in accommodating us on a short notice and the house was lovely. She was very responsive and the place was perfect for us and the yard was great for the dogs. It’s in a good neighborhood and close to a park/groceries/gas/interstate. Thank you again! We would highly recommend your place!

Very modern house in Concord
This house is really close to everything, in a quiet neighborhood. The house is a bit echoey, with all the hard floors and the open floor plan, which was kind of hard with small kids. But there was lots of room, and we could walk to coffee.

The house was comfortable and conveniently located to BART. Despite being in a neighborhood it was pleasantly quiet. Bella was available for any question we had and kindly supplied us with a bbq grill. If you are traveling with your dog the yard is fenced, safe and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the house again on our next visit to the Bay Area.

This property is very simple and straightforward, not by any means a touch of Elegance anywhere but it is adequate and functional.I thought the bed was quite good in the downstairs bedroom, stiff but I've slept on a lot worse. And the pillows were magnificent, in fact I even bought one this morning I liked them so much..

Great house for family visit
Good location, close to highway, in the middle of a neighborhood. This house truly sleeps 8, but no one room is configured to hold 8 people in a social setting. The kitchen could use wine glasses, and a few more spices and condiments. Bela, the owner, was wonderful; very accessible and responded almost immediately to any questions.

Perfect!
This lovely home was perfect for us to stay the week leading up to my daughter’s wedding. The spaciousness was perfect for us to do some wedding prep and we had a full kitchen to bake goodies! The home is clean, accommodating and tastefully decorated. All the comforts of home. Love the outdoor patio and space. Bela was quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was convenient and in a very nice clean quiet neighborhood. Fresh flowers and wine were such a sweet surprise to welcome us. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter!
