On the night side, the ground floor welcomes a first double bedroom (140x190) and a bathroom with WC, ideal for a couple or grandparents. Upstairs, you will find five other bedrooms: four with double beds (140x190), one with bunk beds perfect for children, and an office fitted with a sofa, conducive to reading or remote working. A shower room with a hairdryer completes this level. Two independent WCs complete each floor.



Outside, a large tree-lined garden awaits you to enjoy the fine weather in complete peace and quiet. A large 50m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue promises convivial moments around an outdoor meal. For moments of fun with the whole family, the house also has a table tennis table, perfect for friendly little competitions.



On the practical side, the house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and four private parking spaces right in front of the house.
