The living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed, providing a versatile space that serves both as a lounge and an additional sleeping area, with direct access to the terrace. The 1st bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed, while the 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements suited to a variety of guest configurations. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. A roofed terrace of 20 m2 extends the living space outdoors, complemented by a small garden of 60 m2, terrace furniture, and 2 deck chairs.
