Located on the first floor, the apartment features generous living spaces designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends. The entrance opens onto a hallway that elegantly separates the living areas: on the right, a cozy lounge with a comfortable corner sofa, TV, and wooden dining table; on the left, a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Both rooms have access to private balconies that fill the apartment with natural light throughout the day. The sleeping area includes three spacious bedrooms: two double rooms and one single room, all furnished with wardrobes and dressers to ensure maximum comfort and convenient storage. The apartment also features a bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower, as well as a private washing machine, providing all the comforts of home, even for longer stays.

High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.

You will also find a welcome basket with essentials for your first breakfast.



For guests arriving by car, a private garage is available, suitable for small cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. Alternatively, several public paid parking areas and the Castelnuovo parking garage are located nearby.

Como Borghi train station is only 300 meters away and offers direct connections to Milan and many destinations throughout Lombardy. The neighborhood is also served by supermarkets such as Esselunga, Carrefour, and Gran Mercato, as well as the historic Vago pastry shop and Il Pane di Sandro bakery, ideal for breakfast or fresh local products. The historic center of Como is just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, leading through elegant cobbled streets, boutiques, cafés, and charming squares. How to arrive:

By car: From the A9 motorway, take the Como Centro exit and continue along Via Cecilio and Via Pasquale Paoli. Using GPS, the apartment can be reached in approximately 10 minutes.

By train: From Como Borghi station, walk approximately 5 minutes to the apartment. From Como San Giovanni station, take bus No. 7 and get off at the Como - Via Ambrosoli stop (10 stops, approximately 10 minutes). The apartment is just a 1-minute walk away.
