Como - Swiss Border Modern Apartment - AC & WiFi is a newly renovated apartment that offers a cozy and comfortable setting just a few minutes from Como and the Swiss border. With a refined design and high-quality finishes, this space is equipped with all the amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix access, a hydromassage shower, and everything needed to make guests feel at home.
This apartment is suitable for a family of 4 or 2 couples.

ENTRANCE
The apartment’s entrance opens directly onto the living area, which consists of a living room with an open kitchen and a very comfortable double sofa bed.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped:
It includes plates, dishes, wine glasses, an NESPRESSO coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

LIVING ROOM
The sofa in the living area unfolds into a very comfortable double bed with a high-quality mattress and memory foam pillows, so you can relax and rest comfortably. Next to it, you’ll find a smart TV with access to Netflix.

BATHROOM
Equipped with a sink, toilet, heated towel rack, and a large shower with a hydromassage panel that will rejuvenate you after a busy day. (Shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower.)

DOUBLE BEDROOM—DEDICATED WORK AREA
Equipped with a spacious closet, as well as a TV with Netflix access and a workspace for remote work.
Double bed with a comfortable mattress and a selection of pillows for optimal rest.
Additional blankets are available.

AIR CONDITIONING-WI-FI
Air conditioning is available in both the living area and the bedroom.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

OUTDOOR AREA
We also have a small outdoor area equipped with chairs and a small table, where you can enjoy an aperitif or a moment of tranquility.
The entire property is at your exclusive and complete disposal for the duration of your stay.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Access will be granted via a KEY BOX; the code will be provided after booking.

NEARBY
Near the property, you’ll find bars, pizzerias, restaurants, a bank, and shops featuring typical products from various regions of Italy.
A 5-minute drive from the property is the Swiss border; from there, you can reach the city of Lugano in 15 minutes.

PARKING
There is no private parking, but near the property you’ll find a large parking lot that’s free after 8:00 p.m.
Or along the main road (Via Bellinzona).

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Across from the property, you’ll find a bus stop, and a bus will take you to downtown Como and the lake in just a few minutes.

WHAT TO VISIT
Once you reach the city of Como, you can visit the Duomo, the historic mansions, and the historic center, and treat yourself to a bit of shopping in the various stores.
From Piazza Cavour, you can also take a boat that will take you along the entire length of the lake.
Just a few minutes from the center is the town of Cernobbio, famous for its luxury hotels and breathtaking views of the lake.
