Eclipse Day
We watched the total solar eclipse 10 feet from our doorstep. We shared it with dozens of people who had come to listen to the band and check out the wonderful antique store that is attached to this property. All of the furnishings and decorations in the Casita are those that have been repurposed from antiques and vintage materials just like those found in the store. This rental has, by far, the nicest decor of any VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in. It’s like staying inside an artists’ creation.

Hidden gem called Comfort
We had a wonderful stay at the little Siobhain’s Comfort Casita II “Our Symphony”. The hosts were gracious, the grounds unique, and the Casita simply fabulous. Our Casita had everything we needed, was in perfect working order, and was magical in design and decor! And the bed was probably the best VRBO bed we’ve ever slept in. We had never been to Comfort before, but it is a lovely little town with plenty of charm, good food choices, and we even had the good luck if being there when there was live entertainment at a downtown bar. The Shobhian’s also provided us with a golf cart to easily transit from the Casita to the downtown area, which was very convenient. Highly recommend a trip to the local winery, Singing Water. Great food and live music there as well on a Saturday. The property is really all you could ask for for s short overnight or weekend stay to get acquainted with a little hidden gem called Comfort!!

Love this casita
I stay here about 2 to 3 times a year! The bed is so comfortable and the decor is AMAZING! Holly is very friendly and super accommodating! The golf cart to drive around Comfort is super nice, too! Thanks Holly, see you in a couple months

Amazing Casita
The decor is fabulous! It is not possible to capture the nuances created in every corner of this large one bedroom home. Plenty of space with the living room, well appointed kitchen & large bathroom. Elegant master with a comfortable unique king bed. Comfort is full of unique, clever boutiques & restaurants. This Casita is very quiet but walking distance to the shopping. If you do not feel like walking then walk the 15 steps to the best Antique Store in town. The staff is above reproach. Short drive to Boerne or San Antonio. You will not be disappointed.

Wanted to stay longer
Only booked one night for a wedding. Once we entered, we all wished we could stay several days just to enjoy the peaceful setting and great comfort of our casita. King-size bed and room were wonderful. Futon for third guest in living room was a little cramped. Bathroom huge with old step-in bathtub and shower (cool, but not great for elderly or handicapped). Keurig coffee maker and lots of coffee choices. Nice cabin, not just a room.

Fun, unique property
We rented Casita 1 and 2 when we were in town for a wedding. The pictures can not really capture how beautiful these properties are. There are so many unique features in the casitas and the courtyard area provided a fun hang out spot for us to gather. We also had fun using the golf carts to get around town. I hope we are able to visit again. We really enjoyed it.

Fantastic getaway!

Sooo Cute!!!
We loved the Casita that we stayed in - we stayed in the Symphony one that had the coolest interior design! The property has a communal gathering area that is attached to the store and makes for a Ecletic fun space. Also loved the golf cart that was provided we explored the shops in comfort on the golf cart and had allot of fun. If you appreciate design this space is super unigue and fun. the Casita was just right for me my husband and our 16 year old.

Unique and quiet
What a great little 1 bed home. Lots of awesome decor throughout and just enough room for 2 people. Charles was very accommodating and friendly. Golf cart was a bonus for us to get around for the evening. Would highly recommend!!

Great property!
My wife and I spent NYE in Comfort and this location was perfect. There is an antique store and BBQ place on the property that were both great. The property also offers a golf cart so you can go into town without having to drive. We had a great time.

Spacious Cabin With Creative Design
We were very impressed with the cleanliness, freshness, spaciousness, and creative design of this cabin. There is a tremendous amount of talent in the construction, finishing and decorating. Well equipped, an extremely comfortable king size bed, and fresh, new linens were enjoyable. The local host and staff were most accommodating and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and most importantly, would return again if our travels take us to Comfort TX!

Cozy, beautiful, unique
We were in town for our daughter's wedding and wanted to stay as close by to the venue as possible. The location of Casita II was perfect! About 1 min drive and maybe a 5 -7 min walk to the venue. The hospitality of the VRBO owners was top notch and we enjoyed our interactions with Charles who was a pleasure to talk with. The comfort of the bed was amazing! It literally felt like sleeping on a cloud of cozy and the linens were off the highest thread count and so soft and luxurious. There was plenty of peace and quiet in the area and many things to see and explore within walking distance or very short drives! The decor on the house was amazingly creative, fun and unique! Very eclectic style with so many things to look at and be in awe of. Casita II is pet friendly and cozy for dogs as well. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this beautiful place to friends and family! The Esquivels

The decor in "Our Symphony" was brilliant and eclectic. The chairs and bed were comfortable. The lighting options were numerous and imaginative creations. There were outlets everywhere that you could possibly need one. The bathroom was expansive and entertaining. There were many thoughtful "touches" that the innkeeper added to make our stay delightful. There was even an electric golf cart available for cruising the streets of town. It was a very walkable location and safe neighborhood. Kudos to Charles & Siobhain and their staff!

Charles is the most gracious host we have experienced in our VRBO travels. This listing is 10x better than expected. This casita is gorgeous from ceiling to floor and does not disappoint. Check out the eclectic antique store on the property and bring your wallet. I wanted one of everything. Charles will even deliver. Can’t thank you enough for a fabulous weekend. We will be back. The address says broadway, but the entrance is actually off 27. Also the bed is just 2 twins pushed together to make a queen. it was not comfortable rolling into the crack.

This property was just precious! So eclectic and interesting. It's huge! Large living area and breakfast area. The bathroom was large! Bed was incredibly comfortable. I've shared pictures with so many because the decor is one of a kind! Would stay here again and again. Also - was surprised that a golf cart was part of the amenities.

Everything You’d Want
We love visiting Comfort, and Casita #2 will probably be our new go-to spot to stay! It has everything you’d want. The golf cart was a fun surprise. Though, I think the best part is that it’s dog friendly. It’s hard traveling with our Standard Poodle sometimes, but they are so accommodating here. We all can’t wait to stay again!

We choose to stay here because we thought it would be more than a place to stay but that it would be an experience. And, it was! I love this property! I try to stay 3 times a year! Charlie and I know each other by first names. I’m greeted with a hug and a smile. The most comfortable bed EVER awaits. Perfect! Unique! Enjoyable!
I was in love with this casita before I even walked in! The front door, the violinist, the bench! Then I opened the door to a wonderful adventure! Everything is special and repurposed! Our headboard was a piano fretboard! Lamp was a tuba! What a special adventure and worth every dime! The golf cart was another surprise! We were able to tour the city and drive downtown. A thoroughly wonderful weekend!

Country Comfort at it finest
LOVE, Love, Loved this little casita! It is so charming and eclectic in the best way. Others are correct that the photos do not do it justice. It is so well thought out and I loved discovering all the different re-purposed decor and furniture. My husband and I stayed there for our daughter's wedding weekend and it was the perfect place to come back to, to escape the hustle and bustle of wedding preparation yet super close to the venue. We loved the idea of having a golf cart although the weather was a bit too windy and cold to use it I am sure we will be back again. The check-in process was easy and very friendly with a welcome drink prepared for us that was so yummy. We had everything we needed, it was clean and I felt very safe and enjoyed the little antique shop in front. Best of all it truly felt like a getaway. My husband kept complimenting me on what a great place I had found! Hope to go again some day.

Eclectic Getaway a Perfect Hideaway from Daily Life
We ventured online looking for a listing that would accommodate my husband, myself and our dog for a road trip/Christmas Eve getaway. We arrived a little early for check in and decided to peruse the adjoining antiques gift store.-lots of fun. We were happily surprised by the property managers who received us with a holiday toast, drink amenities, access to the property, a gated yard for our pup to run in and the keys to a golfcart we could tool around the town's backstreets with! The "cabin" was amazing- an eclectic blend of creative artistry, mediums and design that indulged every whim and a comfortable bed to retire on. The adjoining gated courtyard featured a big screen TV, group seating and eclectic "photo spots" to enjoy a drink and relaxation. That evening we cruised Comfort's quaint holiday lit streets, watched deer graze in the grasses and motored back a wonderful pizza and wine from the pizza pub to our room. It was a memorable stay- a fun getaway with great folks and amenities. We look forward to road-tripping back there soon and disappear for a few days into that relaxing world! Thank you!

Quirky yet Classy
Absolutely precious little casita in a perfect location. This sweet little place was absolutely decorated with much love and attention. Every tiny detail was creative and inspiring. While staying at this charming gem a golf cart is provided to zip around to the near by shopping and restaurant area of thIs delightful little town. Wineries are close by as well as a great little coffee shop/antique store called 8th Street Market. Do NOT forget to stop into the antique store on this property and grab a piece of chocolate pie....I’m serious....it’s a MUST! We will be back! ❤️

Oodles of Poodles
We went to pick up our baby poodles with our 10 month old poodle! This place was perfect to have new pups! They were super accommodating and the place next door is a gem! We will be back for sure!!! Eat the pie, buy the tamales and have a mimosa!!! Toots you wont regret it!

Beyond expectations!
Casita two was beyond what we expected. Clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was the best!!! Loved the golf cart. Not a lot to do in Comfort but Boerne and Fredericksburg are great day trips! We really loved everything about this place!

Great Experience
Believe it or not the pictures do not do justice to this beautiful and artful casita. We could not have asked for more. Greated and visited with Linda and Cortney who were fantastic and fun. The welcome mimosas and wine was a great way to start off a wonderful stay. The golf cart that is available for you pleasure is a great plus. I highly recommend this property ( which we already have) . You will absolutely love it!

Happy hours in Comfort!
We were in Comfort for 3 nights for a wedding and to explore the Hill Country area. We were a little concerned as we never received any information about check-in and there was never a response to a message to the owner. You check in at the Shopping at Siobhain’s store in front of the casitas. Unfortunately the staff at the store knew nothing about our arrival or reservation. While they were calling the the property manager they offered us glasses of wine as well as grapes and cheese. After the somewhat rough start the rest of the stay was great. The casita was clean and even more unique and attractive than the pictures. Linda and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were multiple happy hours as the bar behind the store was always open (and included) during store hours. Mimosas in the morning were a great way to start each day. The casita’s theme of The Symphony was carried out with unique touches made from musical instruments. The headboard for the bed was especially memorable. Our dog loved it too as the property was very dog friendly. We will be back for more happy hours at this property!

Great hidden treasure!
We’ve been coming to Comfort for years and this is our first time staying here. We loved it and have already booked our next stay. The ladies in the shop were a treasure and the bar area was the best! The use of golf carts was a huge bonus! The cabin was beautiful and so unique!
