Very friendly staff both at front desk and in the restaurant for breakfast. But rooms don’t have A/C and with the heat wave it was surely missed!

Telegraph Hotel - Coventry
Spacious and clean rooms. Handing over rooms upon arrival could be more efficient, taking into account that if a client arrives early, it is usually because they have been traveling very early. Good breakfast although the replenishment when a product was finished

Staverton Park Hotel & Golf Club
Room was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful. Lost a star as breakfast was a bit underwhelming, tiny, quite greasy sausages, just cooked bacon, slightly odd scrambled egg but horror of horrors, coffee from a "jug" 🙃.

Sky City Apartments
Booked on the day and all emails and text are not set up for this. Not receiving check in details. Phoned the office and she was rude just telling me it was my fault and I should read the email sent. Despite not receiving this ??? Finally after an hour I gained access. Very disappointing. Getting ...

The Vale Golf and Country Club
The lodge was spotless and had a lovely view. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had lunch and a light breakfast in the golf restaurant which was really nice.

Enchanting cottage in the heart of Chipping Campden
Such a special cottage and it was so easy to make the short walk to the high street. We had everything we needed and Maggie provided so much helpful information and precious welcome gifts. This made our first trip to the UK absolutely perfect. Perfect stay.
