"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. "I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites.  Which I don't think are now genuine.    Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.  The room was disgusting to say the least. It was dirty, dead insects, soiled bed linen and pillows, a used condom too!    When the girls asked for the room to be changed or the items to be replaced but the management or staff...

"Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Restraunt great choice of food. Pool cleaned everyday. Only fault with Expedia they only offer 1 type of room at the back of property overlooking a very busy road , have to pay supplement to change room."
