The Good: Decent amount of space for 5 women, plenty of towels for everyone, AC kept the place cool, mattresses were comfortable.The Bad: Our biggest complaint is about the entrance from the alley. It got very smelly/gross by Saturday night with all the restaurants and bars setting their trash out. The bumpy alley and curb was very difficult when toting suitcases. The blinds in the bedroom windows are junk. They let so much light in, even at night. One in the king bedroom is ill sized and doesn't even go all the way down. The tub in the queen room doesn't drain well and the sink handles are very difficult to turn. The rugs are on a slippery floor with no grippers, so several of us darn near wiped out numerous times. Living room furniture is just not comfortable at all and the lighting is terrible in all rooms. Guests should take note of the location and understand that there's a lot of outside noise from the nearby bars (loud music thumping until 2 am).
