This was our first time booking a VRBO and it was amazing! The Patriot group is very responsive and wonderful to work with! We were able to make dinner at the home for our soldier. Plenty of space to be comfortable and spend time with loved ones! Thank you so very much!!

This property is pet friendly, which we sincerely appreciate. Some pet owners are more courteous of hosts than others and that may be part of the problem with this house. We arrived at this property after dark on a horrible travel day. The minute you pull into the driveway you notice the property is severely overgrown. The tiled walkway to the front door is missing several tiles, some are cracked creating a trip hazard. The minute you open the door, the smell hits you in the face. This place is in terrible need of an update. It needs fresh paint, probably new flooring (I’m guessing that’s where the smell is coming from), handles hanging off cabinets in the kitchen, fireplace hearth was filthy with dirt and leaves, couch and carpet had stains. Outside, the backyard is a jungle. I truly can not understand why this property has received a 5 star rating…it is not 5 stars. We did not stay at this property. We scrambled to find a hotel that had enough rooms to accommodate our group and our pets. I contacted Joe, the host, and was told he had another property that might work and he would transfer our reservation to that property. If we chose not to accept the reservation transfer, we would be held to VRBO cancellation policy, which means no refund. The other property was not available for all the nights we needed, we were refunded for those nights. Joe did not shy away from communicating with me. The check in process was very easy and Joe was a great communicator. My frustration was with the description of the property and the actual condition of the property. We met his property manager (newly hired) at the property and she said the concerns will be addressed.

Great place to stay.

This house was perfect. We had plenty of room for our family of 4, clean and in a nice neighborhood. I do recommend to the owners to purchase a new ironing board, as their's was broken and ironing my clothes for a formal function was a bit of a challenge. Still 10/10 would book again.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here while visiting our son who is stationed at Ft Benning. It’s a very cozy and comfortable house. The neighborhood is quiet and located in a safe area. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and looking for something more spacious than a hotel. I will stay here again when I return to visit my son.

Perfect location for visiting family near Ft Benning. Our flights got changed due to weather and it was incredibly easy to work with host to extend the rental! Would stay here again!

Great Location

We actually stayed in the house a couple doors down owned by same -In town for OCS Graduation at Fort Benning-Great quiet neighborhood-easy to get too-House met our needs-Spacious and comfortable-Owners were amazing to work with and very attentive-Would highly recommend eating a Marabellas-Ate at bar first night but made reservations the second night due to weekend night and large group following Graduation

Great stay

Would definitely recommend! Nice home! It was spotless and clean. Close to town. Great communication with property manager. When we needed something fixed in the bathroom they were quick to send maintenance person to house to fix. We really enjoyed our time! Will definitely come back!

Great Location in Columbus

The properly was very clean and well equipped. We even cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for three soldiers from Fort Benning! The location is great...easy to get to the base, easy to get to the river and downtown. We even enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood!
