This place is far from new as listed. The doors didn't shut on most of the room. Some of the dining room chairs were literally falling apart. The ice machine wasn't even attached to the freezer. There was a leak from a bathroom upstairs that leaked into the kitchen. Paint was coming off the railings. The faucet on the shower was about to come off. There was a lot of little things that I could list. I just think that the listing as NEW is very deceiving because like I said far from new from the carpet up

Great for a group

This was a great place for my extended family to stay for the weekend. Plenty of space for the adults and kids to gather separately as well as a fenced yard for the dog.

6/10 Aceptable

I appreciated the size of this house. We had a large group of people come into town for a funeral and needed a place big enough to accommodate our group comfortably. The house appeared to be clean. I had no problem with the cleanliness.

Everything was neat and clean. The only reason why i rated it a 4 star is for the fact that inside the home it smelled old almost a wet dog scent. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
