Great location to the Convention Center, which was the reason for our trip. We had 4 couples and kids on the trip. The 3rd floor that had 2 big beds and a small bed, worked great for all of the kids to be together in one area and they had their own bathroom! One thing that wasn't mentioned in the listing was that the 4th King bed bedroom was in the garage. We had to make some adjustments because we didn't want to put any adults by themselves in the garage. The kids were disappointed that there was no pool table like the listing showed but the hot tub made up for that. The host had good communication and handled things quickly and efficiently. We did not use the laundry facilities, and we had all meals at the house and the large dining room that is open to the living room was great for everyone to hangout in one area and socialize! Beds were comfortable and the water was HOT.
