The only good thing is the proximity to the hospital. The most important thing in providing accommodation is to have a comfort Bed, which is not was offered. The bed mattress did not fit the bed frame or box spring which leads to a mattress that shifts alot. By day four, it looks like there were termites in the shower. Upon the initial shock that the tiny house is located at the back of someone's property, the front door needs painting, and the odor upon entrance is that of a previous smoker's residency. The curtains are a little to see through for my liking. But I got through the week.

Did not use this propery.

Paid for but did not use. Intended for family overflow. It is Tiny. Front will not open all the way. Hits couch. Only electric floor heaters. Emergency exit issue?

Inconvenience

The tiny home we rented didn’t have heat and then the electricity went out. Moved us to another place and it had no water. Pipes were froze. Instead of sending a maintenance person over. They told us what to do. My boyfriend went and bought water so we could flush the toilet. We will never rent anything to do with Vrbo or Patriot family. Somebody needs to reemburst for what we went through. I will be calling the BBB. And let it be known how unprofessional Patriot Family was to us.

I was disappointed with my experiance over all.

The tiny house was not as it was depicted in the on line photos. The unit was dirty and had cockroches. The Patriot Family customer service was not great.

Cute place

The place was perfect for me. It was very convenient to all the places I was going. It had everything that I needed in the kitchen. The bed was springing, yet comfortable. I was very pleased with the fenced in yard for my dog.

Home away from home

This was just right for my stay in Columbus. The neighborhood was really nice, peaceful, and most of all quiet. I am actually looking forward to booking this place again for my next trip😊

Amazing vacation experience!!!

My husband and I LOVED staying in this cute and cozy tiny home! It was very family friendly and close to the places we were wanting to visit! The only recommendation would be a better explanation as to how to find the property as it is tucked away behind a house (Or at least better lighting along the walkway and gated entrance on the right side of the house). The bed was also very bouncy but the sheets were super comfortable.

Needs a bit of love and then will be a better experience

I hate to leave a bad review, but would have loved to know before booking this over a hotel room. We wanted to experience tiny home living so opted to stay here. It was difficult to find as it is behind a house and the gps doesn't take you there. Overall, the setup was laid out well. The decor was cute and there were the necessities for an overnight stay. However, it was much like camping. There were bugs in the shower, dog or cat and human hair on the sheets, bed was uncomfortable, floors were dirty, everything needed dusting and it definitely needed a good deep cleaning. With a few updates, good cleaning, and a few extra touches, it could be great. Patriot homes was quick and responsive with check in process though which was helpful. Lockbox and wifi were easy to use and the tv worked well. No cable with local channels, but internet if you have logins and can stream from your phone.
