You'll have full access to the exterior common area and home, except the basement, which is used for storage.

This is an amazing location right across from the beauty of the Franklin Park Conservatory, which also hosts weddings throughout the year. The Alum Creek bike path is near - also you are walking distance from the new East Market, full of restaurants, shops and Winston's coffee! Mikey's Late Night Slice and other amazing local restaurants are nearby. If you're in the mood to workout the Aldon YMCA and Fitness Loft are all nearby. Kroger and Giant Eagle Marketplace are less than a mile away for grocery runs and Columbus Laundry Co. is close for laundry.

You are right in front of the main Broad St. COTA bus that takes you downtown without driving. Usually on the street there are Spin or Veo bikes and scooters to hop a quick ride for concerts or things at the Convention Center (saves on parking).

Parking is free but make sure you check the house rules for how to access the lot. There’s room for up to 4 cars. With a focus on extended stays of 30 days or more, there's a very low cleaning fee.
