Cute House
We selected the house for college move in and weren’t there much but it was adorable. Each room was clean and well put together. If we had more time I would have definitely been able to enjoy a meal around the table and a peaceful moment on the front porch.

Wonderful cozy house
My family & I stayed to be near Fort Jackson for our son’s basic training graduation. This is such a cute house with a big front porch & close to town. And do make sure you try the Zesto burger place that you can walk right over to. They have the best food & great service. Would definitely rent this place again if I’m back in town.

USC weekend trip
Came down to visit our daughter and it was great to give her a moment away from the dorms in a space that provided our family time to relax and have dinner and a movie! Andrew was easy to contact and he responded quickly with any concerns. We would definitely stay again being only 11 min. Away from campus. Ice cream only a hop skip and jump away was also a nice perk!

Property is an older home that has been very nicely renovated. Check-in was easy, and the property owner was very communicative. Area it’s in isn’t the best, but that really wasn’t a problem. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Place & Owners!
Myself along with 5 of my sister & closest firends enjoyed our stay as we celebrated my 50th! The location was great! 10 mins from the restaurant we ate at before checking in (Halls Chophouse) & 10 mins from the Township after we all arrived showered & gotdress for an evening of enjoyment going to see Anthony Hamilton & Leela James! We returned back to the hoyse safely & even felt safe sitting out on the front porch enjoying the late night air & laughing all night. (A clean afe precinct is directly across the street from the house. The next morning checkout was smooth as we headed out to Charleston to enjoy yacht sailing that afternoon! Thank youAndrew & your family for a lovely stay! Will definitely use you again💫🎉

Relaxing Satay
Our family was passing through and only stayed one night but this house was cute, cozy, and perfect for our stay. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable! Communication with the property manager was perfect and we were provided all the information needed.

Can’t wait to come back!
Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! Andrew was an amazing host: messaged back in a timely manner and very accommodating! One of our favorite things was the black out curtains each bedroom has- after a 14 hour road trip we were able to take an amazing nap in the middle of a sunny day! The style and decor of the house just makes the stay that much better! Location was perfect for us! Everything was less than a 20 minute drive from us, and there are some great food spots within walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thank you Andrew!
