Constructive feedback: The communication was poor prior to our stay, but when we reached out needing basic essentials like TP and trash bags the 1st full day there, we got a timely response. The pool table isn't level as there is a huge crack in the side. Not as much fun to play on when the balls roll constantly. The cabinets in the kitchen and elsewhere were unorganized and dirty in some instances.The shared bathroom at the end of the hall needs a place to put things. There is enough room for a shelf or something with the pedestal sink. Positives - the home met our need for space, overall. The hot tub was nice. I'm sure the pool is great at the right time of year! We were really hoping to find a place to use each year at this time as a family gathering since the location is neutral for all of our families.
