Staff have no sense of customer service when speaking to you or providing information. I would not recommend staying there. Home2suites its connected with Hilton Garden hotel, the problem is that there was no receptionist most of the time on the side of Home2suites, so every time you had to go to the other side where you were treated as if you were bugging them. Additionally, the inside pool is very cold, no wonder why it was empty the entire time. After 7pm the entrance door is locked and the instructions were to use my hotel card, which I did and still didn’t open. The receptionist finally came down and open the door for me and kinda yelled at me and said I should’ve used the Hilton garden entrance instead. Don’t waste your money on this hotel. One of the worst I have stayed in. Additionally , the first morning we were woken up by housekeeping, they even opened the on us because we asleep and didn’t hear when they were knocking the door.
