This was the most well appointed, easy and comfortable location we've ever stayed with VRBO out of many across North America. Every room was stocked with everything you could think of. The house was utterly charming and so centrally located - so easy to walk to 5 Points and get to the University and Downtown. The host was very nice and responsive. I could've moved in and stayed! Highly recommend!

How do you give 7 stars when there is a 5 star max? What a great house, location, management company. House was perfect for my daughter’s graduation weekend and dinner. The house was beautifully and tastefully decorated for Christmas, was warm inviting. It is a large house, room for families or couples. Perfect for our family coming from three different states. Communication with management was seamless. The only negative for us was that coming from three different states in four cars, the parking was challenging. We were aware in advance that there was very limited parking but it really wasn’t an issue once we got unpacked. Would not deter me from renting there again, it was worth the short walk. Highly recommend this rental!

I think the most common word used to describe the home was "WOW". It was large and comfortable, with room for all. The hosts were accommodating and the little things were all there. The bathrooms had better amenities than many top hotels, and the kitchen had everything you could need. Even a double oven for those who want to cook a holiday dinner.

Excellent Stay – Just As Advertised!

We had a fantastic experience at this property! Everything was exactly as advertised, which was a huge relief. The place was spotless when we arrived—clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and quiet when we needed to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Comfortable and convenient

We really enjoyed our week at the Charleston House! The home was so pleasant with space for everyone to spread out and have some alone time, as well as great spaces to gather. The kitchen was lovely! We appreciated that so many things were within walking distance and the property manager was really easy to work with and communicate. Would definitely stay again! Note that if you have multiple cars, there is off street parking for 3 vehicles and everything else is permit parking due to the proximity to the University.

Columbia Girls night

The property was amazing and fully equipped with all of our needs. We were only there overnight but would have loved to have stayed longer. The porch and balcony were both wonderful but we were not there long enough to enjoy them. Next time we have a girls weekend in Columbia we will definitely make sure to stay there again.

Highly Recommend and I am Picky :)

We were really impressed with this property. It is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Beds are very comfortable which is sometimes hit or miss with a rental. The kitchen is nice and modern too. We really loved all the thoughtful details like snacks and some drinks in the refrigerator and lots of toiletries in the bathrooms. The holiday decorations were wonderful and it really felt like being in a warm and welcoming home and not just a "rental". Loved it!

Great house in the heart of Columbia

This property is well maintained and managed. We had a great experience. The house is very nice with large comfortable rooms. The porch was the highlight for us. The only negative is the outside noise. It’s near an active railroad track. Otherwise, it’s a great location just minutes from USC.

The property was great!! It was perfect for our large family. We hosted a family breakfast for 30 and had plenty of room to spread out ! The only drawback to the property is the limited Parking with a maxim of 3 cars and no street parking. It was definitely inconvenient for our group that was coming from multiple locations and had more cars

Perfect for visit with my Gamecock daughter

This was the perfect property for my family to come down from Ohio to meet up with family from Florida for a long weekend with our daughter. The house is amazing and was the perfect place to spend time together. We will definitely plan to stay here again!
