The Dancing Bear Haus is nice, clean and cozy. The host has the home stocked with everything a vacation home in the mountains needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We cooked family breakfast and dinners, loved the fireplace and hot tub. The host was super accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely be back in the years to come.
February 2026 loved our stay even with the lack of snow fall.

Wonderful beautiful cozy home! Amazing views and everything you need for your stay! Hosts are extremely accommodating and very friendly! Very comfortable and clean! Close to everything you need, stores, airport, restaurants. Definitely highly recommended and look forward to a trip back this summer!

This cabin was the perfect home base for our Montana adventure, just minutes from Glacier National Park. The location couldn’t have been better! It was peaceful, scenic, and close to everything we needed. It had plenty of space for our large family to spread out and relax. With enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready without a wait, it made our trip smooth and stress-free. 11/10 - plan on booking here again for our next trip to Glacier NP!

Felt like home!

Usually the pictures are more amazing than the house but this time the house was more amazing than the pictures!! We absolutely loved our stay at Dancing Bear! We used the upstairs and downstairs and felt like it was the perfect space for 8 of us. And out of 8 of us we couldn't find one thing to complain about.

Family Time in the Mountains

This property was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults, a teenager, and an infant and we were all extremely comfortable and had plenty of space. The downstairs add on was perfect my husband, myself, and our baby. The rest of the family stayed upstairs and it was great to be able to go downstairs to put baby to sleep for a nap without needing everyone upstairs to be quiet. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast most mornings and it had everything we needed! The grocery store Smith's was just a short drive away for anything we needed but we still felt like we were tucked away in the mountains with complete privacy. We loved the outdoor furniture and ate dinner outside on the deck when we didn't go into town to eat. The ice cream shop in Columbia Falls was awesome and we went multiple times! We used the hot tub almost every night and it never felt dirty. The entire property was well kept from the landscaping to the cleanliness of the house.This house was perfect for our family getaway and we can't wait to go back!

Perfect House

We stayed for 3 nights in Dancing Bear and absolutely loved it. It was super clean, decorated beautifully, and had every amenity. Very close to Glacier. As a family of 9 with grandparents through children, we fit perfectly in the upstairs and downstairs levels. Highly recommend!!

Amazing!!!

Property was beautiful. Large pane windows with amazing views of nature. Spacious feeling. Just gorgeous interior. Deck was awesome. Modern appliances. Very clean. Just wonderful. About 10 minutes from large grocery store. This is the place to be at peace.

Best VRBO stay ever - Northern Lights from the Deck!

Our family of 6 (boys 16, 13, 11, 8) stayed first week of October and this place was great. It's 6-7 minutes to town but out in the woods, so you get the best of both worlds. The house itself was amazing. Everything inside is quality - furniture, beds, towels, dishes, coffee maker WITH coffee, internet, etc., etc., etc. Kitchen has everything you would need. We would definitely come back and stay here. The fall leaves were a great sight! Big Bonus ---- We even got to see the Northern Lights sitting on the deck thanks to the timely message from the host to inform us that the Northern Lights were going to be out that night - bucket list checked. We were getting ready to go to bed, and the message was super timely to allow us to see them. We then spent hours watching, enjoying, and taking photos. The host was also very responsive with a simple question we had at check-in.

Location Perfection

The Dancing Bear Haus was perfect in every way. Felt adequately remote yet very close to Columbia Falls and Whitefish for all of your “in town” necessities. Easy drive to the West Glacier National Park entrance. From the well stocked modern kitchen to the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms everything felt right.

INCREDIBLE property and location

This was THE most beautiful place we've ever stayed in, and we've rented executive villas in Florida, stayed in suites in the Plaza Hotel in Mew York, stayed at the Waldorf Astoria hotels in both New York and Chicago, and this place is better than all of them. Decorated to such a very, very high standard, by someone who clearly has excellent interior design taste. All of the little touches were fantastic, you spend the first hour in there finding something new to look and marvel at. It was extremely well equpped with everything a family needs for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen role, toilet role, washing liquid plus many other things all stocked up for us. I've never had a host do that before. The location in the middle of the woods is breathtaking. The raised balcony area outside the front door is a pleasure to sit on and enjoy the surroundings. We spent far more time in the house than we normally would because we just loved being in it. The hosts were perfect and communication was seamless. It is perfectly placed for access to the Glacier National Park, only about 20 minutes drove away, a MUST for any visitors to the area. Dancing Bear Haus will stay forever in our memories and we were all so sad to leave. We will definitely return over the next few years. Maybe Christmas? That would be wonderful to see.

Incredible Experience!

I'd give this house and the host 10 stars if I could. I stayed here with my wife, 4 year old son, and our 3 friends while we visited Glacier for our wedding. The house and the property are gorgeous, the house is clean, and well stocked with pretty much anything you could need - it feels like being home. The beds are super comfortable, there is tons of natural light, and Trevor is friendly, responsive and accommodating. We also loved, the park and the area, and we'll definitely be back.

Lovely Mountain Home

We felt right at home in this lovely house with its open layout and large windows. There were three nice bedrooms (one is a loft). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The forest views were beautiful and the deck was a relaxing place to hang out. It was nicely situated next to the West Glacier entrance as well as Whitefish and Columbia Falls. We all enjoyed ourselves - age ranges 5-63. Would highly recommend.
