It's more "house" than "boat," but it's located on a pretty little stretch of water with a small current. We loved watching the geese family, heron and beaver across the way. "For the second year in a row, our women’s retreat has enjoyed this property for four fabulous days in October. It is perfectly suited to our purpose of rest and renewal. The home has everything we need plus lovely features such as the wrap-around porch, the indoor fireplace, and outdoor fire pit with beautiful chairs circling it. "We took an extended weekend with our kids and my father here. Everything about the house was amazing. Sitting in the sauna after playing in the pool was really nice. The movie theater was really cool; the sound system is built into the chairs so it gives you a immersive experience.The only down side was that we had go home; we would have loved to stay longer!"

"Highly recommend staying here. The property is absolutely stunning and very nice and quiet. The hosts are very prompt and accommodating. You get yet entire lower level of the property which is huge with all the amenities you need. The hot tub was super nice to have access too.The location is a bit of a drive from any major cities or attractions but we didn’t mind the drive, especially since it was such a serene stay away from the noisy city."
