"Our stay was fine, the location was amazing & the parking spot in back was SO convenient. The hosts also allowed us an early check in which was a total life saver as we were traveling with a toddler. However we did not believe this was a 9.8 star stay. It seems like the cleaning crew went on vacation and never came back. Right off the rip we noticed there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or in the kitchen.
