"The only reason we decided to stay at the hotel was they offered ‘free airport shuttle’ but they don’t start until 9 am we find out until we got there, se end up getting a taxi. They should a time schedule for their airport shuttle when they advertise it."

"Good hotel. Information is a little bit misleading with respect to the pool. There is NO pool on location, however they do give free passes to the Prince George pool. We ended up having to buy our own towels which was more expensive then swimming on its own."

"When we arrived at the hotwl the night clerk was rude an made check in very difficult for my self and my husband as we tried to pay with a company bank card and instead of just letting us pay for our room we had to spend 20 mins explaining to him that it wasnt a credit card an filling out un necessary forms befor we even got to our room after traving for 6hrs stright
Then the room we got to had a terrible toilet leak and no pul out couch but upon reporting the issues had to be moved to another...
