"Fantastic hotel really with loads of character set in lovely grounds running down to the river. Small personal homely feel not a bland corporate Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Probably one of the best spa facilities that I haves ever visited the beer spar was a first for me and greatly enjoyed thanks to Macy for the great back and neck massage. Evening meal food was fantastic."

"Stunning room 4 with the most amazing view of the river. A must for bird watchers. The restaurant was amazing…. The staff very helpful. We wanted to stay for ever in that stunning room. Hope to go back in the near future. "

"Considering that it was a Best Western and that we've stayed in Best Westerns in different countries, this was the worst. It wasn't cheap, but nevertheless the stay did not include breakfast. It needed renovations. The shower did not work well, very low pressure and the water was either cold or hot. Wi fi was also pretty slow."
