Both the back porch and front porch aren't insulated so those doors need to be closed when it's terribly hot outside for the air conditioners can cool properly. I appreciate this feedback and will note it in the property information!

We are dog lovers but no one likes dog hair, and am so very sorry we could have done better in this instance. This guest found hair on one of the decorative /accent throws that housekeeping, indeed, missed. The guest left me a message after he checked out, otherwise, I would have replaced the throw and rectified the situation. We ask guests to keep their dogs off of the furniture and provide beach towels for their four-legged friend’s bedding. Normally we receive very high ratings on our cleanliness and were shocked to hear we fell short this time. We refunded this guest's cleaning deposit then addressed the situation in detail with our housekeeping service.
