Quiet Stay
Ive stayed here before and when i needed a quiet place for a couple days and the fun that is Manitou, this place was it. Its perfectly situated in town and has a great view of everything.

Adorable!

Thanksgiving Stay
Excellent property and service. We loved staying at the Carriage House in Manitou Springs. The units are tastefully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

Adorable Condo in Great Location
We enjoyed our time at this condo. It was very clean, and the couch and chair in the living room were very comfy. There are lights on top of the canopy in the bedroom which makes it fun and relaxing at the end of the day. The property is also located in a great location. You can walk to everything you need in downtown Manitou. You could walk to the incline if you wanted, but we opted to go down the road and catch the shuttle. We would stay here again.

Great get away vacation
We loved being right downtown in Manitou Springs, and being in the historical district. The property was clean and comfy, and the check-in and out so easy. We will recommend to friends and family.

In the heart of it all
Lovely apartment with perfect walkability to Manitou Avenue that has all the shops & restaurants. Our favorite was Border Burger Bar. We stayed for week & used it as a launching point for our adventures!

It was a great place to stay. Location fantastic. Such a pretty living area. A lovely welcome. We did hope for a little bit better tv situation. Although it stated that there was a dish package, we found no evidence that existed. We did contact the manager, but never heard back on that subject. We highly recommend this place. Thanks very much.

Long Weekend
My husband and I love staying at the Carriage house. Apartment is clean and has everything you may need. Perfect location in Manitou Springs near downtown and the creek. We loved trying all the spring water around town.

Great location!
Perfect location and property for 2 adults!! We stayed just 2 nights on a trip out and back from San Juan mountains and it was perfect! Great to catch the action and experience the main strip and so nice to walk home to a lovely home. Clean and homey, thank you!!

Great place and location
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was walking distance to shopping, food and attractions. We even got to enjoy a jazz concert going on in the park across from the property from our balcony. We would definitely stay again.

Ideal location, very nicely appointed!
The Carriage House was ideal for our stay in Manitou Springs! It is even better than the photos and had everything we needed. We could tell the owners really put some thought into what their visitors would want or need. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, all rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. We very much appreciated the fans and noise machines but didn't even need them for our Wednesday night stay, I'm happy to say. It was very convenient to everything in town.

What a Trip!
Great family trip. The property is conveniently located right in the heart of downtown. Restaurants, Cog Train, and other activates are very walkable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely house, great location!
The property was very clean, comfy, quaint, and in a great location! It was easy to find with the directions provided. The balcony over looks a park that had live music in the evening (not too late!) and provided a pleasant view of the mountains. It is within very easy walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs, parks/trails, the train to Pike's Peak, and the Manitou Incline. A great house I would stay at again.

Lovely in town Gem!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts are proactive and made the booking, check-in and stay seamless. Great location to use as a base for all your area adventures hiking, UTV, history, and more! Easy walking to multiple restaurants and shops. As noted, the parking can be a bit tricky if you have a larger vehicle - the rental car company 'gifted' us an Expedition - would have much rather had the compact SUV we requested :-)

Historic Property Apartment
This historic property was ideal for our stay in Manitou Springs. The apartment was cozy , well-equipped and ideally located! Mountain Fun
This historic property in Manitou Springs is an excellent way to enjoy the mountain life and historic venues nearby. Built in 1888, this cool property is in an amazing location across from the Soda Springs Park in downtown Manitou Springs! It is definitely a Wonderful location if you enjoy walking and shopping, and more mountains and continental divide are just up the hill of Ute Pass less than 30 minutes away!! Flying into the Colorado Springs airport, this property is only 30 minutes away. We loved our four day getaway and plan on coming back real soon!❤️

Lovely Property
We sayed for two nights and everything we needed was provided, even a washer and dryer. The location in downtown Manitou Springs was perfect, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the shuttle to Pike's Peak Cog Railway. We were very satisfied

Great Place to Stay in Manitou Springs
We loved our stay here in Manitou Springs. This rental has everything you will need & lots of extras that added to our stay. The rental was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. You are within walking distance to some great restaurants & cafes. Manitou Springs is a great area. Close to lots of activities. Excellent communication w/ the owners. Easy check in & check out process. 5 stars all the way! I would definitely stay here again & recommend to my family/friends.

Everything was perfect. The parking was kind of "dicey". Had to turn around and back down driveway into parking space. Straight in parking would require turning around to drive out and turning around with even one of the other cars in their parking place was impossible.

Close to the action
My husband and I stayed at the Carriage House property for 2 nights recently. The apartment is right across the street from a park with amphitheater. There was live music one night. You are right downtown and walking distance to shops and restaurants. No need to worry about parking in Manitou Springs as you have an included parking spot with the rental around back. We drove a small SUV which fit fine. Larger vehicles may want to park on the street. The living room space was super comfortable as was the bedroom. There is also a nice balcony for enjoying a beverage while taking in the sights in the park. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it is well stocked.

Cozy Cottage in the Heart of Manitou Springs
While the property was amazing, it was the little things that Tim and Kris did that made the difference. A bottle of wine, chocolate, a hand written welcome message - all of these added to the personal touches that made Tim and Kris great hosts. The location cannot be beat as you are easily within walking distance of the main Manitou "strip", but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Should our travels take us to Manitou Springs again, we will definitely look to rebook this property.

Wonderful Family Visit
We really enjoyed our stay in the Carriage House. We were able to book two of the units in the building so that the whole family could stay together but have some privacy. We enjoyed being just steps from downtown but still in a quiet area. We will definitely book the Carriage House again for our next visit to Manitou.

Because of unforeseen circumstances I was not able to stay at this fabulous VRBO but the owners were fantastic and their communication was top notch. If you want to stay in downtown Manitou, this is your place!
