Such a lovely place to stay
This place was such a cute get away for me and my husband on our honeymoon! It is close to so many fun things to do and great places to eat. The host was very nice and the rental its self was very clean. Would love to stay here again!

Best Little Cottage
Host was very responsive during my check in process and ensured I had contact information in case I needed anything. Super clean, cute and thoughtful touches - especially the Christmas decorations! Great location and easy to find. Loved it!

Great stay
Very comfortable and clean. The studio layout was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. The wifi was good and there was a nice patio that we used to read and relax. Good communication with the owner. Great location, we walked to the ghost museum and old town. And had a short drive to pikes peak and garden of the gods. This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in. Highly recommended.

What a lovely cottage! Great location in walking distance to Old Colorado City (which we liked better than Colorado Springs), has its own parking space and private entrance. The cottage was lovely decorated in a really nice cozy modern almost Scandinavian style. The host was very responsive. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it!

Cozy and convenient
My husband and I came down to CO Springs for a quick staycation from Thornton to see the Incubus concert at Weidner Field. The cozy cottage allowed us a comfortable and convenient stay for us to explore the area before the concert. We enjoyed Garden of the Gods and a couple cute local eateries including Mother Muffs and Vine and Wheel and Colorado Mountain Brewery - all within 5 min distance of the cottage. Bryana was communicative and the cottage was clean, cozy and felt warm with thoughtful decor, games, and information on the area. We would come back in a heartbeat and wished we could stay one more day/night. Thank you Bryana!

Loved the Cozy Cottage
The cozy cottage was a great place to stay! We had plenty of room and it was the perfect location! Close to restaurants in Old Colorado City and Colorado Springs! The host was wonderful and communicated often to assist our needs. Highly recommend staying here!

Quiet relaxing getaway
This was perfect for just the two of us. We liked that the neighborhood was quiet but still really close to everything we wanted to see. It was very clean, really cute decor and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay in Old Colorado City. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area.

great location and beautiful cottage
My husband and I have stayed at many VRBO rentals over the years and this was one of my favorites! The location is fantastic, very close to Garden of the Gods which we loved as well as close to restaurants and shopping. It was just perfect for what we wanted to do. The details in decorating made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend it!

We stayed at this property for one day and are very happy with everything. It's beautifully designed and renovated; the color scheme matches the entire house (from kitchen towels to picture frames, cutlery, bath towels, and cups). They even left some snacks for us (bars and apple juice). Whoever designed this place understands hospitality ;)) It's also 6 minutes away by car from Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs!

Absolute best stay!
The Cozy Cottage couldn’t have been a better place to stay! Before arriving, the check in process and directions for parking were concise and clear, which alleviated any additional stress. Once we arrived at the cottage, it was clean, smelled amazing, and had relaxing music playing. The space was the perfect size for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable with great linens. There was an extra blanket provided to cuddle up with if needed. The bathroom was a great size with provided linens and shower toiletries. The kitchen had coffee and small breakfast items ready for us! I couldn’t say enough good things about this property! Great location for all outdoor activities as well! We hope to be back soon for another stay!

Comfortable and clean cozy cottage
Check-in was easy, communication with the property owner is stellar, she is very responsive. The cottage looks just like the pictures. It is clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for traveling to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Manitou Springs. There are many shops and breweries within a few miles. I would return to this cozy cottage anytime!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Bryana clearly loves being a host. There were lamps on and relaxing music playing when we arrived. The place was spotless and decorated absolutely adorable! We wish we could have stayed longer! Not to mention the location is awesome. I swear everything we wanted to do was within 2-10 mins!

Just like home
This cozy cottage was perfect! It was very clean and decorated nicely. It was so comfortable, we felt at home there. The check-in/out details were communicated timely and information about the place was shared. It is conveniently located in town. There is a house very close to it, but we never heard or saw anyone.

Amazing cozy cottage. Very clean. Great attention to details down to all the light fixtures and matching kitchen utensils! Super comfortable. Walking distance to downtown shopping quick access to the roads need to head up to the hiking trails. Will be back!!

This is a great property for 2 people. Cute space with all the amenities. Fully remodeled and very cozy! The AC unit takes some time to cool the place down because of it's size, but when it cooled it, it was very cool! The shower is awesome! Snacks left for breakfast were a great touch. You can grab and go on your way out the door for your hike! The property owners were great communicators and very kind! They even agreed to a later checkout after our schedule was delayed a bit. It is very near the owner's home which is great for communication if necessary but if you are looking for complete privacy, this might not be for you. The owner's children, family, and friends were outside of the property a lot.

Cozy cottage was just that!
The Cozy Cottage was the perfect location for our quick trip to Manitou and Colorado Springs. We came for the incline but loved every second of our visit. The Cozy Cottage was just that. Exactly as pictured and described with all of the amenities we could have wanted or needed. Highly recommend!!

Cozy Cottage
Bryana was cleaning the cottage when we arrived early. She sent a message when she finished and we were able to check in early. The place is fabulous! Everything was spotless and she provided snacks, WiFi, several television programs, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser, coffee and more. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. She checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Nicely decorated cottage
We enjoyed our time in Old Colorado City. The cottage was located near many of the area's attractions. There was a delay in our getting into the cottage as it had not yet been cleaned. Better communication to let us know would have been helpful. However, things were taken care of and the delay was minimal. We would stay there again and appreciated the special decorative touches in the cottage.
