Engañado y robado
Increíblemente me robaron 75 usd que me pidieron de depósito a mi llegada y que no me devolvieron porque la de recepción no lo dejo anotado y como yo iba de paso y no me podía quedar nadie podía hacer nada hasta que llegará la Manager. Me siento robado y engañado.

It was my first time visiting Colorado and I was absolutely appalled that this hotel would even be an option. There were literal bullet holes in the glass doors traveling from outside to inside on both the front and side entrances/exits. There was trash scattered everywhere, homeless people, loitering all over the premises, and not to mention the front desk woman was absolutely rude and uninviting. I know that I’m not very good at traveling or picking places last minute, but bullet holes?

Very unfortunately, I believe that I was bitten by bedbugs or the like while staying at this property. Had bites immediately after my stay. Thus, I do not recommend utilizing it and would instead stay at another location, if I am staying in that area again.

This place was awful. People kept trying to open the door though the night. There were stains alol over the carpet. But, the cou de gra was the broken crack pipe pieces in the floor. The staff didn’t seem bothered by this at all. Good thing I wasn’t walking around barefoot.

Run down, dirty, lot of rooms were not guest ready. Door of my room was broken and unsecureable.

The breakfast was cereal and a gallon of milk that was shared by everyone. Old and dirty with the smell of marijuana.

The room was dirty. The sheets were not clean. There were no towels in the room.The laundry was out of order. Will not be staying there again.

Empty shampoo bottles were on the bath floor upon check in. The ice machine was broken. No remote for the tv. No wash clothes or hand towels at check in. No breakfast or 24 hour desk staff as listed in the guest directory. No room phone and bathroom has hole in wall where fan was located. Lamp fixture had no bulb or shade.

Holes in the sheets, curtains hanging off the hooks & with holes in them, holes in carpet, no trashcans in room, no towels, bad smell in entire building. Did not stay.

First off the staff is horrible. They put an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a significant amount that nobody knew why. The room smelled like an ashtray. There were no towels, the wallpaper was peeling off, missing lamp shades, smoke detector missing and what appeared to be red splatters on the ceiling. Their "free breakfast" was located at the Day's Inn across the parking lot. They even had a sign saying that if nobody is at the front desk to go next door to the day's inn. Contrary to their descriptions we had no microwave, no coffee/tea machine and the refrigerator was a small cube that sat on the floor. The bedding was stained and had a big burn hole in the comforter. Cant really think of any positives at all. Hope this helps

There were no towels or face cloths. We asked for them at the front desk and was given only 2 toiwels - no face cloths. The toilet seat and lid were not attached to the toilet. The TV did not work. The remote control had no batteries or back to hold them in place. I turned it on using a button on the bottom. It said it was not attached to Cable. There was no way to channels anyway. The carpeting was old, worn and disgustingly dirty. The sink and counter had cigarette burns. Not a decent place to stay.

The heat in my room did not work, on a night with single digit temps outside. The curtain rod on the tub was barely hanging on the wall, leaving it so tilted that the curtain would not stay fully closed. Also, there was a required $100 deposit for damages, etc. that was not disclosed on the listing -- yes, that is refunded after checkout, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time, and it was more than the cost of the room.

Check in at 3pm..more like 6pm. Room had no towels, chairs, and 1 pillow in king bed. No breakfast, filthy carpet, no microwave, fridge could hold a gallon of milk. If you wanted breakfast you had to go across to the Days Inn, except they didn't have it either. Should not be in anyone's program. Owner/Manager should be fired!

Room was dirty, one of the bed side lamps did not work. Did not receive ice bucket just a plastic bag, had to walk across parking lot to another hotel for the Continental breakfast.

Very ugly maintained rooms. Stains and holes on bed and pillows. Dirty carpet and seems like an unsafe neighborhood.
