Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire garden level suite. To ensure guest privacy, stairs to the main house are locked off from the guest side with a hotel style lock. The patio and backyard area are mostly private, but guests may occasionally see a groundskeeper or neighbor.



The Neighborhood:

Broadmoor Bluffs is conveniently located near I-25, Cheyenne Mtn Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Seven Falls, Fort Carson, and many other attractions. The neighborhood is mature and quiet, and frequented by deer and other wildlife including bears. Please do not leave food outside.



Getting Around:

Guests will want to drive or rent a car.



Other Things to Note:

+ Sleep in peace on our super soft linens which were laundered in a professional facility to ensure the highest possible amount of viruses and bacteria are utterly destroyed.



+ We reserve the right to collect ID directly from our guests before allowing access to the property. This is in addition to identification you may be asked to provide to the booking platform.



+ No smoking anywhere on the property, including outside.



+ The suite does not have a dedicated thermostat but we're happy to accommodate changes upon request. The suite stays very cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Your comfort is important to us!



Interaction with Guests:

We love helping guests make the most of their time in our beautiful area and live very close by. However, we give our guests space unless they ask for help or want to say ‘hi’ in person. Our team will be available throughout your stay and is always happy to provide advice on local restaurants, attractions, and adventures.
