    🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



    ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



    ⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.



    💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Great Weekend

I stayed here with some friends for Easter this year. It was a great place to stay in a nice neighborhood and lots close by. The hot tub in the snow was a great addition to our time there. Would definitely recommend this home

We were thoroughly impressed with everything about this property. Very homey and clean. The owner was very nice and stayed in touch making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Good Experience with few Concerns

Pictures are much better than reality. They make the space look very big when in fact the upstairs is quite small. The backyard is sloped so hard to use, the back fence had a wide gap missing so not secure. Not an inviting area as the pictures propose. We did spend much. outdoor time on the front porch. We enjoyed the stocked coffee, creamer and spices. Very poverished neighborhood. Probably not relevant anymore as it is listed for sale and no longer a rental.

Disappointed

Found the house with no problems. Owner was very responsive. However this area is a cell phone dead area depending on your provider. Make sure you know the WiFi password so you can use for cell phone ease once you get there. Otherwise you won’t be able to open your vrbo info. We traveled with 7 people and planned to make most of our meals. Kitchen is less than sufficient to work in and feed all our guests. 7 forks were provided and maybe 4 spoons. There was no dishwashing soap for the dishes so we hand washed everything. Leak under the sink. Insufficient amount of toilet paper. Don’t walk out to grill in your bare feet as the top landing has a screw that is not level with the landing. Having some sort of luggage rack to set your bags on in the rooms would be a great idea. Broken cabinet door in the kitchen that should have been fixed. Lots of attention to detail is needed.
