Cute little cabin
We enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was just as advertised and we had plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was a short walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. We also got to see some deer from the back deck in the morning. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

It was a great little cabin. I was a bit confused as to which of the three we rented but figured it out. Very clean and updated. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Vacation Get Away
We loved this property in one of our favorite vacation places - Manitou Springs is full of activities and many free hiking parks along with going to Pikes Peak - Garden of Gods and close to so many other places - family member was one of the original wrangler singers at flying W ranch and we went to eat and watch the show in the new building The place was clean loved the stream in the backyard and outside chair to enjoy the peaceful view after a full day Kitchen well equipped when we used it and the bed was comfortable Free parking a plus here and most things were in distance of walking or free shuttle The host and contact ere way to deal with - dog friendly in vacation home and most businesses allowing us to take our fur baby everywhere but the cog to pikes peak which is in her best interest Plan to return - loved it here!

Great location
Long four day weekend vacation. The location on this place is awesome, especially if you plan to stay within Manitou Springs most of the time. Short walking distance to all the shops and eating places. The Cog train station and pikes peak trail head 1 mi walking distance or may take the free shuttle there. Bus pick up is only about 4 minute walk. Cabin itself is nice, better for two people than three but still okay. Backyard is nice with the spring running by there. All in all, I recommend it.

Lovely creekside cabin
Love the location! We sat outside in the backyard listening to the creek whenever we could. The place was stocked well...especially loved the ice maker full of ice when we arrived. The second bed was difficult to use because it blocked the bathroom door.

Review
The overall property was nice. Liked especially the back deck with running stream and wildlife present. Kitchen and bathroom are clean and modern. The bed was awful especially the pillows. Did not rest well as a result. Also didn’t care for the TV set up. Unable to watch the Olympics in an Olympic-centric locale. Constant road construction feet from my parked car was noisy and inconvenient. But the negatives aside it was a great location for nearby hiking and a simply beautiful setting. Better bed and no road construction and it would rate outstanding.

Thebed was recently replaced and the road construction is not something we can fix. Please note that this cabin is far behind the road and is not impacted by any construxtion noise

A peaceful creekside retreat.
This was our first time visiting this area and the location of this rental was great. We were able to walk to town, which is full of little shops and some great places to eat, and avoid paying for parking. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and listening to the creek that runs through the back yard. The place was clean and comfortable. The bed could use a new mattress, bit we slept ok. The only other things we would have liked was a broom. There were a lot of leaves on the deck that we tracked in.

Not as expected
Location was great except for the construction directly out front that has been going on for several months. Cabin was clean but the bed was very lumpy. Cabin was very close to other cabins with little outdoor space and no grass at all. Chose this place because it was pet friendly but my dog likes to potty in grass so it was a hassle to walk her to the park several times a day. We were also concerned about the front door. It looked like it had been broke in to and was not secure at all, you could see daylight around the entire door.

Really cute property
This is a cute studio cabin right on the creek in Manitou. Great kitchen with new appliances and a good amount of stuff to cook with. Short walk to downtown Manitou, but not right in a high foot traffic area. The back area on the creek is so nice, it was a great retreat spot. Great to have our own parking. Checkin/checkout was so simple. We had a great time. The property management is great! The box fan in the cabin broke, since we had our own we didn’t contact them right away, but set it on the front porch just to get it out of the way. We went out for the day and there was a replacement fan on the porch when we got back! Just a few cons/just be aware: there is no air, but they do provide a fan, and we brought our own. With a little pre planning you can keep the cabin cool, but it is something you have to be aware of in the summer or it can get hot in there. The bathroom is always hot. The main cabin is well insulated though, when we got it cool, it stayed cool. The bed is rough. It is a full, and is old…if you are large and older like me and my husband, it is not very comfortable. I wish we would have had an air mattress too. The pullout couch is only a foam thing, so again…not a great alternative for large old people…perfect for kids though…my 12 yr old thought it was great!

Amazing creek view from the patio
The cabin is adorable. The creek view is amazing. I loved being so close to downtown Manitou Springs. The fold out couch is sadly not comfortable at all to sleep on. Tons of road construction right out front was a bummer but that should be temporary. There can be parking issues with people that don’t belong there taking up the few parking spots. Loved the shower and the kitchen is nice and updated. I blew a fuse blow drying my hair and they had to send someone out to reset the breaker (they were very fast about it though.) There should really be a gfi on the bathroom outlet. Above all, I would stay here again as long as I didn’t have to sleep on the couch. (So travel alone or with someone you will share a bed with.)

Great location
The best part about this place was definitely the location. It was perfectly placed near downtown so we could walk everywhere. Many attractions are only a short drive away. My only complaints were that the cleaning could have been better (some dusty surfaces and not vacuumed well), there was no cooking oil in the kitchen, and the front door is very drafty. But overall, a very nice stay!

Cozy by the creek!
My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Great place to stay. Deck and creek to relax on. Walking distance to food and drinks! Overall 5 stars. Will definitely stay again soon.

Love it!
Mt. Cutler cabin was exactly what we expected, except better! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to and from breakfast, dinner and shopping! The creek in the back is the best part!

Little House on the River
This property was perfect for our needs. The location is within an easy walk of all things downtown Manitou. It was nicely updated and clean inside. The front door could use some maintenance, but was not of great concern.

When we arrived we discovered there was no ac and the temperature was 96. Called management twice and no answer. Called a third time and finally got an answer and was told we would still have to pay and we couldn't cancel. We cancelled anyway and was still charged even though policy says $50 cancellation fee. I would not mess with this place at all!

We stayed here for a couple of nights to visit Pikes Peak and Manitou Springs on our way home from the Grand Canyon. Overall this place has a lot going for it, but there was a couple of let downs. Once you get inside the privacy fence, the place is like your own little private castle. The kitchen is nice and clean. The bathroom is nice and clean. The bedroom/living room was also decent. The deck area overlooking a little creek is pretty sweet. We actually watched a deer walk down the slope across the creek and drink water right in front of us. We were very disappointed that there is no air conditioning and that this wasn’t disclosed. Also the couch that folds out into a second bed looked nice at a glance but once you unfolded it all you could see was dog hair stuck between cushions. Our investment here for two nights was so little we almost just locked the door and left but we decided to stay and it worked out to the good.

Cute, Clean and Cozy!
I absolutely adored this cute cabin and was so sad to be leaving. The cabin was very clean. Its perfect for couples looking to get away. It's right at the foot of a mountain with a creek in the back, it was soothing listening to it at night. Manitou was amazing and you're right next to downtown so everything is walking distance. Lots of cute shops, so many delicious cafes and restaurants and everybody is so nice and welcoming! Definitely will be going back. Thank you so much for inviting us in your home!

My parents stayed in this cabin we rented for them for a Christmas present. Their first impression when they pulled up wasn't a good one as the front right fencing/gate on the porch was hanging down, but they loved where they were able to park. They thought the cabin was cute inside and had really nice, new appliances. However, the heat units didn't put out enough heat and the space heater on the property didn't work so they were really cold the first day. They did get a hold of the owner who contacted maintenance who ended up bringing them a really nice space heater which then helped to heat the cabin properly and they were comfortable the remainder of the trip. The heater/AC units just need to also be updated. They said the bed was really comfortable and the back porch was nice as well as the creek it was just too cold while they were there to sit outside and enjoy it. Overall they enjoyed their stay.

Cute little cabin with a charming creek right outside the back door
We had an amazing time and the cabin had everything we needed! Location is great and it's just a very short walk into town. We found a couple of dog friendly patios, too! (Manitou Brewing Company, Stagecoach and D'Vine Wine.) Having coffee on the back patio with the sound of the creek was heavenly. I would recommend you read through the property binder - it will answer all of your questions. We will definitely be back!

Great place for cool weather stay!
This cabin is in a great location! We walked just a block into town! The cabin was small, but perfect for the two of us and very well appointed! The kitchen is amazing! Our only concern is that we did not realize there was no air conditioning! It was unusually hot during our visit and despite 3 large fans (Thank you!!!), it was really warm inside! For cooler weather, this is perfect! We would stay again, but probably not in July!!! I do want to thank the owners and property manager for being so responsive and doing everything they could to help us get cooler!

Beautiful Spot, Awesome Location Walking Distance from Downtown Manitou!
We loved our stay here! The home is so cute and very clean! A little dark inside, but we spent most of our time on the back porch anyways. The view from the porch is so lovely! We had coffee in the mornings while enjoying the trees and the creek. We even saw a bear one morning come down and take a drink from the creek! So awesome! (Though be careful with your dog off leash in the back.) There are three houses on the same small lot, so there is not as much privacy on our back porch as I had imagined, but we didn't mind. The walk to downtown Manitou is short and SO convenient. It can get really busy there and parking can be a struggle, so we felt so lucky that we had our own off-street parking and home base just a couple walking minutes away. Wifi was great, and Paige was helpful whenever we contacted her. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is in Manitou, within 2 blocks of downtown.
Really nice place. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening and watching the creek flowing by. We did not use the kitchen facilities, but everything was there, including a grill out back! We liked being within walking distance of the bars and restaurants! Way better than staying at a hotel. We will be staying there again!

Oh shoot - I wish you would have let us know .we would come right out Fyi we do have signal noe but thanks for the heads up I think the router got reset somehow by a previous guest.

Was definitely a great location
I loved it! It was right downtown and had a parking space which is hard to find in town. Everything we needed was there and the creek beyond it was great for relaxing atmosphere. The inside was nicely put together. New appliances and very clean. Alot of eateries and shops a 2 min walk away and very private. Great job! I hope to stay again here next time I visit. Highly recommended!
