Loved this place
This little cabin is very well appointed. Other than some butter and oil, they had all the essentials for cooking covered. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and the hosts are super helpful and friendly. Alexa was a great companion to turn off and on the lights, heat and music. Great location to do lots of great hikes, the wolf sanctuary, etc.

Couldn't have asked for more!
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed at our ideal cabin in the mountains. It was exactly the location and feel that we had hoped for. The cabin was cozy, inviting, and clean. Wendy and Wayne were the perfect hosts - very responsive, and checked in frequently to make sure we had what we needed. Wayne was also kind enough to provide alternate arrival instructions in case the weather made scaling the driveway a little more difficult. The hot tub and fire pits were a hit with our family, and being only about 30-45 minutes away from Colorado Springs was definitely a plus. Wildlife were at the front door/front window almost daily, which made for such sweet memories. We have talked several times since leaving about when we can go back :) It was the perfect place for our Colorado get-away!

The cabin was beautiful and pristine. It was so nice to spend time outside and enjoy the wildlife. There was a cute family of chipmunks that hung out in the yard. We had a lovely stay.

This was an amazing and perfect weekend. The property is beautiful, Wendy and Wayne are the perfect hosts, and there is a ton of wildlife. It was great to relax on the deck and hot tub.

Colorado Vacation
We chose Pine Ridge because the area was close to 11 Mile Canyon and we love to fish. The cabin was just as described, only BETTER! We have rented numerous homes through VRBO and this is one of the best. Everything was provided to cook a meal. Plenty of cookware, eating utensils, and all the spices you might need. Just bring your groceries. Bath towels were very plentiful, fluffy and nice. We were so busy fishing and exploring the area, we didn’t use the hot tub. We did have fun watching the numerous birds, chipmunks, and deer eating out of the large bird feeder. We recommend this cabin to anyone that likes to stay in a peaceful country setting. You can’t go wrong. We would stay here again!

Serene Ridgetop Escape
Our family chose Pine Ridge to use as a base camp for our adventures in the surrounding area. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to start and end each day! The location truly allowed us to take advantage of all the wonderful opportunities in the area and still be able to get away from it all at the end of the day to enjoy the firepit, hot tub, and being together as a family. It was an unforgettable experience! Wayne and Wendy made the process completely stress free from the moment we booked the cabin to when we checked out. They were extremely responsive to our questions and provided outstanding clarity in their communications, which allowed us to just focus on getting there and making the most of our stay. Great family spot!
The owners went all out making this cabin perfect for a relaxing getaway! Star gazing, game playing, hiking, bird watching, as well as time at the fire pit and an awesome corn hole tournament. Coffee on the porch with resident hummingbirds was a real treat. Definitely 5 stars - and we WILL be back.

We really enjoyed this property! It was everything that was advertised and more’! So much attention to detail and very clean! We saw wildlife and lots of birds! We stayed for only one night at this location, and we are so thankful we came across it!! This beautiful little cottage/ mountain home was THE perfect getaway from our busy hustle and bustle lives! Perfect Snowy Getaway for a Texas Family
We booked this vacation as a special Christmas surprise for our family of 6. We wanted to take the kids somewhere in the Colorado mountains to enjoy the snow and unwind. Not only was the setting beautiful; the house was so charming and cozy. Picturesque as a Colorado Christmas card! My only regret is having to share our family find with the rest of you all.

Greatest first VRBO experience! Love, Love, Love!
We absolutely loved staying at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and they had everything that we could have needed having three children 4yrs and under with us. Wendy and Wayne were very friendly and they were very communicative on our trip. They had things supplied in the cabin that we hadn't thought to pack, which was very nice that we didn't have to go out and buy those. It was really great that they had the kitchen fully stocked with cookware and spices and even basic condiments. I absolutely loved that there was a washer and dryer as that saved us on packing space and we were able to do laundry before we left so I didn't have a ton to do when we got back home. With an infant it is very nice to not have to pack 30 outfits because you cant wash them. I loved that the location was secluded and we got a lot of family bonding time. The only downside that I saw is having to walk down to the hot tub under the cabin, I wish it was on the porch or even next to the cabin. When its below freezing that walk can seem long even though it is not. Will definitely keep this cabin in consideration for future visits to Colorado!

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains!
My husband and I stayed here in October and had an absolute BLAST! This is the nicest and most luxurious cabin in the woods. Wendy had this home decorated warmly with a rustic, comfy twist. She and Wayne had it well stocked from kitchen supplies to the linens/blankets on the beds to all outdoor needs (firewood/starters/blankets for outside). Everything you could possibly need or want was provided. We loved our time there and plan to return some day. Thank you for a lovely stay!

My wife and I got away for a few days to celebrate a birthday! This location was easy to book and it was an EXCEPTIONAL value for the money. Beautiful cabin in excellent condition. We had a great getaway!! Fed birds, “met” multiple deer, saw wild roaming turkeys 🦃 We also met the owners on our arrival who were extremely kind, but NEVER intrusive. Wayne was responsive when I asked a couple of questions. Great place to visit!

Pine Ridge Dream
A beautiful, cozy home with wonderful hosts! They thought of everything to the littlest detail. They even provided a binder full of all the surrounding “to dos” and gifted a cute mug. Colorado is the place to vacation and this home is the place to stay. We can not wait to visit again and book another property hosted by Wayne and Wendy.

Wayne and Wendy have done an excellent job to provide their guests with an exceptional experience. The property is spotless and has all the amenities needed to feel at home and relaxed. Absolutely Perfect
This was the perfect place to spend our Colorado family vacation. We had originally planned activities out and about every day, but upon arrival we fell in love with the place and changed plans to include multiple days of rest at the cabin. All the special touches Wayne & Wendy put into this place along with the beautiful view put this place above all others. The hot tub was so nice after a long day on our feet. We loved listening to the fountain, watching wild life on the porch, & roasting S'mores in the firepit. The kids loved playing Cornhole, badminton, & exploring and playing outside. If looking for a place to eat, Manitou Brewing Company was amazing. If looking for a place close by, Russ' Place in Divide was pretty good (husband says it was the best reuben he's ever had). Cave of the Winds Adventure park kept the kids entertained for hours and they loved climbing & hiking at Garden of the Gods. Thank you so much, Wayne & Wendy, for everything. You guys were excellent hosts! We hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful, warm and cozy!
We were blown away by this place! It was so much more than the pictures showed. It was beautiful and welcoming and a place we really felt like we were home while we were there. Mountain Getaway
"Totally awesome", hardly describes the beauty of the house. From the minute we opened the front door, we were continually discovering this gem in the woods. Everything was first class. The hosts thought of everything. Loved feeding and watching the birds and wildlife. Top notch decorations and amenities. The location was perfect for the sites we wanted to see. Driving back to the house every evening was magical. We don't get much snow in Texas! The views were unforgettable.
