Steve, Enjoying the hot tub under the stars or during a snow fall is a special treat. Being remotely located, our night sky does not have light pollution, thus the stars really shine!. Breck usually makes her cabin rounds in the morning to greet the guest and is especially happy if kids are around to play with her. I'm sorry you didn't get to see her. In trying to consider all guest sleep desires, we have a Doctors Choice universal sleep mattress in the cabin. We are glad you were otherwise able to "unplug, relax, and enjoy" your stay. However we do provide guest cell phone numbers to our manager and owners for urgent after hour needs that can't wait until the next business day.
