  • Relájese y disfrute de su visita a Colorado Springs en nuestra acogedora casa ... puede disfrutar del calor de la chimenea en el nivel inferior o ver cómo las llamas calientan su habitación en el dormitorio principal. Durante los meses más cálidos o los días cálidos de invierno, disfrute del enorme patio trasero con su familia, ya sea que esté sentado alrededor de la fogata o el estanque koi o paseando bajo la pérgola para comer y beber. Los meses de verano son excelentes para asar a la parrilla y la cocina está lista para usar para su disfrute culinario si lo desea o puede experimentar las muchas comidas deliciosas que nuestros restaurantes de la ciudad tienen para ofrecer.     Nuestra casa está situada en una ubicación privilegiada para muchas aventuras durante su estancia en Colorado Springs. No solo estás a minutos de conducir a una variedad de tiendas y restaurantes, también estamos a solo un salto, salta de la Interestatal 25, que te llevará al sur de Denver en 45 minutos, el centro comercial outlet en Castle Rock en 30 minutos y el centro de Colorado Muelles en 20 minutos.

    Mientras esté en Colorado Springs, disfrute del Parque Estatal Cheyenne Mountain o el Zoológico Cheyenne Mountain de primera categoría, el Museo Pioneer en el centro o visite Pikes Peak a través del tren de cremallera. Y no se pierda el Parque del Jardín de los Dioses con sus numerosas rutas de senderismo y hermosas vistas de Pikes Peak. Luego visite Manitou Springs o Old Colorado City para comer y comprar. Hay muchas rutas de senderismo y ciclismo en toda la región. Está a poca distancia de la Academia de la Fuerza Aérea con Fort Carson en el otro extremo de la ciudad. We spent 6 weeks in this home. It was cozy, comfortable and a great location. The home was clean and well furnished. The outdoor space is large with plenty of outdoor seating. Our host, Mia was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this home! It was comfortable, clean and had lots of amenities. We felt right at home from the moment we walked into the house. From check in, to check out, the host was accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Perfect getaway!

This home was the perfect getaway for our long weekend! The house and property are beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to cook meals. Beautiful fireplace in downstairs den! Such a cute floor plan as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place with view

Our family took a short vacation trip to Colorado Springs and wanted to look for a center place so we can travel to do as much sightseeing as we can and this was it for us. Great place, great views and backyard. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Wedding in COSPGS

The house and backyard were perfect for our family wedding. It was clean, VERY well stocked, comfortable couches, nice mattresses, and a gorgeous backyard. The owner was extremely friendly, exceptionally accommodating and prompt with communication. We had a wonderful weekend there for our daughter’s wedding.

The house is beautiful and Mia is an awesome host!We booked her home for an 8 day family vacation. Everything was as listed except there really are "two" bathrooms even though the listing says "one".Very clean, all the kitchen gadgets one would need for most any meal, nice entertainment system, cozy fireplaces, nice fenced yard for the little ones. We spent a lot of time enjoying the attractions and sights in Co Springs but also enjoyed lots of outdoor time in the back patio & yard.Thank you Mia!

Cute/cozy house with tranquil backyard

We loved our stay here! The house is so cute and nice on the inside but what sold us was the backyard. Multiple beautiful sitting areas with dining table and gas fire pit, a play set with slide for the kiddos, a fun koi fish pond— it had everything we wanted to enjoy the cool Colorado weather outdoors. Convenient location to multiple restaurants and activities in Colorado Springs. Communication with the host was so easy. Would definitely recommend :)

So relaxing!!

One week was not enough! Beautiful home, beautiful relaxing back yard and wonderful owners!! They even went out of their way to make sure we were safe from a nasty storm coming to the area! We were able to relax by the koi pond many nights and I even saw a few hummingbirds my final night! Would definitely stay again!!

Amazing stay

This property was perfect. Clean and well appointed. I told the owner I was going to take the sectional in the living room because it was so comfortable. Beautiful backyard with plenty of seating. Nice to relax or dine outside. The host had a nice welcome package of wine and snacks and had plenty of sightseeing information. Good location as it was close to restaurants and groceries. Easy ride to Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and Denver. We accidentally left some clothes there and Mia worked with us to get them shipped back to us. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home Away From Home

Mia and Tim were exceptional hosts. They were quick to respond to inquires/questions and are very pleasant to work with. The house is appointed better than anything we have ever stayed in at other homes. There was nothing we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed or wanted for a vacation in Colorado that was close to everything we wanted to explore. The home is also conveniently located to grocery stores, Home Depot, pharmacy, Costco, Walmart, and every restaurant you can imagine. And wait until you see the backyard. It's landscaped beautifully and has very comfortable patio furniture to lounge and relax on. The Koi pond is an added bonus. If ever in Colorado Springs again, we would definitely stay here. Thanks TIm and Mia for a wonderful stay!!

Great cozy stay in Colorado Springs!

Cozy in Colorado was perfect for our family’s first vacation in Colorado. Mia was a great attentive host and we really appreciated all the little extras she provided. Lovely home with a great backyard space. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit and many day hiking trips…the location was central to many sights. We would highly recommend!

Nice place, location and view

Mia was exceptionally great to work with. She responds quickly and provided us a very clean, well kept house we needed for a wedding that we were attending in Colorado Springs. I would highly recommend her house to anyone looking for a place to stay in CS.

A true oasis!

What a delightful home. We were attending a family wedding in Colorado Springs. This home provided a wonderful place to relax and visit. We especially loved gathering around the pond to decompress and enjoy nature. The home is beautifully arranged and extremely well equipped. The extras and the welcome note showed Mia's commitment to creating a welcoming space for her guests.

Late spring break trip

We had an excellent stay! The house was well stocked and clean. We couldn't utilize the backyard much due to weather but it was beautiful! The host had excellent communication and responded promptly with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home!
