We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the patio and backyard. The property managers were quick to respond to our questions and concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Pikes Peak Trip

We loved this house. The 2 bed, 2 bath was perfect for two couples. The living room was comfy and the back yard was amazing. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. We highly recommend.

B&B first timers

Very well maintained property with a beautiful landscaped yard located in a quiet neighborhood. The property owners live right next door to the property and were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. Christy and John were very welcoming hosts which made this a positive first time experience for us staying at a B&B. Great location, comfortable home

We were in CS to visit our son for the holidays.The location was perfect. 20 min. to anywhere we wanted to go. The house was nice and cozy. Clean. Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Christy and Jihn were very responsive to the few questions we had.

The house is very clean and just as pictured. The back yard was beautiful, and crews cleaned the driveway and sidewalk every day it snowed. Can't wait to come back.

Great location, Perfect home

My husband and I thought the property exactly matched the reviews and the pictures. We really appreciated the big fenced backyard for our girls, 10 year old Labs, Abbey and Annie. It was the perfect size for the two (four of us). The kitchen was well equipped. We had some warm days and the air conditioning was great. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.There was lots of closet and dresser storage as we bring a lot for our dogs as well as ourselves. It was also very nice to park in the garage. If you have pets, this is an ideal property. I would also say that the access to wonderful reasonably priced restaurants such as the Ivywild School and Edelweiss German restaurant as well as Joseph's Fine Dining was amazing! 5-10 min drive for all above. Christy was great to deal with and we would definitely stay again as well as recommend it to our friends!

Beautiful vacation rental

This was our favorite vacation rental during our two week Colorado trip. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We enjoyed morning walks with our dog. The location is close to many activities. The landscaping is beautiful and we enjoyed the lovely fenced backyard every evening. The host provided many amenities. We appreciated the hard surface floors with a pet. The living room was very comfortable after a long day hiking.

Colorado Springs Staycation

The house is exactly as listed but the yard is absolutely incredible. We had two couples staying for the weekend and we wound up spending every free second outside enjoying the back yard space. Having a garage was great also, as well as the heated bathroom floors! It was easy to get in, everything was comfortable, and all very clean and well taken care of.

I love this home! Set in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. Super easy and ADA access. This home is so very clean and offers Wi-Fi, empty useable garage for parking, lovely outdoor patio complete with table, chairs and ceiling fan, coffee maker for making a pot or just a cup, the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO, plenty of towels and a full size stackable washer/dryer. Safeway, restaurants and much more are within minutes of this home. I will definitely return to this home. Communication with owners is excellent.

Brown Bunch!

Came to enjoy time with my boys who are stationed at Fort Carson. House was adorable and set in an amazing neighborhood. I had everything I needed. A living room to comfortably enjoy some down time, beds were very comfy and a great kitchen to bust out some home cooked meals for my sweet soldiers. Enjoyed our time here and I have already made plans to come back. Christy and John were amazing hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and looked after. Thank you!
