    The Space:

    Welcome to this charming and contemporary three-bedroom, two-bath home designed to accommodate up to six guests in comfort and style. From the moment you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a beautifully curated living area that blends modern and mid-century modern design elements. A warm, earthy-toned sectional invites you to unwind, while a stunning stone fireplace with a mounted 65-inch flat-screen TV serves as the space's centerpiece, perfect for cozy movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring.



    Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with seating for six, ideal for shared meals and memorable conversations. The fully equipped kitchen offers a bright, clean, and modern aesthetic. Granite countertops in a sophisticated light beige and tan speckled pattern contrast elegantly with crisp white cabinets. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, make preparing meals a breeze.



    Upstairs, the serene master bedroom boasts a king bed and modern furnishings, including a ceiling fan, sleek bedside tables with stylish lamps, a 50-inch smart TV, and a dedicated workstation—ideal for remote work. The en-suite bathroom adds extra comfort and privacy. The second bedroom features a beautifully styled wooden queen bed, another workstation, and a 50-inch smart TV.     Guest Access:

    Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible to guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.



    We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4 pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready, no earlier than 2 pm.



    Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government-issued ID, a matching selfie, anda credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

    1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

    2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check-in.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the close proximity to the iconic Garden of the Gods, with its towering red rock formations and scenic hiking trails, as well as Red Rock Canyon Open Space for more secluded adventures. The picturesque Monument Valley Park is just a short stroll away—perfect for morning walks, picnics, or a peaceful run along the creekside paths. For family-friendly outings, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Broadmoor Seven Falls are also just a short drive. Whether you're seeking nature, history, or local culture, this neighborhood is the ideal home base for your Colorado Springs getaway.



    Getting Around:

    We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.

    We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.



    AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

    - Please be advised that open fires are strictly prohibited at this time, as the county is currently under a burn restriction.

    For everyone’s safety and to comply with county regulations, no open flames or campfires are allowed until further notice.



    Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous to the neighbors during your stay.



    This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.



    Type of Cooling for the Home

    Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

    -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

    -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning, unlike hotels, but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Very private and perfect location. Very comfortable and clean. Easy check in and checkout. House was loaded with extra house supplies. Packed wirh board games. Location is near many attractions.
