As mentioned in the listing, this home is not in a suburban area but in a part of town with lots of character. Though many guests have loved this aspect of the home & location, we are so sorry to hear you had some unfortunate disruptions during your stay. Though they were obviously beyond our control, we wish there was something we could have done for you. We were unaware of your situation until reading this review. We do appreciate that you shared your experience though, and we wish you the best in future travels & thank you for being our guest.
