This was the perfect house for our stay! We were passing through town and wanted a centrally located place close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak — and this home was absolutely ideal.From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with freshly baked cookies and beautiful fresh flowers throughout the home — such a thoughtful touch! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need if you love to cook or enjoy staying in with friends.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up surrounded by large windows with soft morning light was the perfect way to start the day. We were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — a true blessing during our three-week trip.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there’s even a wonderful pasta restaurant within walking distance that we loved.Communication with the host was excellent — she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home.We truly wish we could have stayed longer — this place is a peaceful gem, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This place is a gem! This house is located in a quaint neighborhood and convenient to so many activities - it was quiet and comfortable. The house was spotless and the added touches made us feel right at home. The hot tub was clean and ready to go when we arrived. I can't say enough about the host. She was friendly, kind and always quick to respond. We will definitely be back!!

This was by far the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, cozy and communication with the property owner was excellent. The home has quality furnishings, linens, tableware, appliances, decorations, etc. The owner went above and beyond with amenities. Attention to detail was amazing. We arrived to fresh flowers and home made goodies! Additionaly, the property was central to the beautiful sights of the Colorado Springs area. We visited the Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and attended a football game at the Air Force Academy - all were within a short distance of the property.We highly recommend this beautiful home!

We had a fantastic stay here in Colorado Springs. The home was in great shape. Everything was exceptionally clean. The hosts did a wonderful job thinking of every detail to make the trip easy and enjoyable. The hot tub is a great way to end a day of hiking around Colorado. Cute House!

We loved the house! We had everything we needed. The hostess thought of everything we would need to stay there. The beds are so comfy! The house was decorated so cute! It is in a great location close to the main city and hiking areas and the neighborhood is quiet. We loved hanging out on the front porch and watching people walk their dogs. We would love to come back and stay there again.

Attention to detail

Sarah and family had complete attention to detail. So many amenities. Her mother baked cookies and made us feel so welcome at this vrbo. Many places to eat even within 1 mile. The house was by garden of the gods and the Cheyenne zoo and the restaurants in the area did not disappoint at all. In her complete rundown of the area we had eaten from the places that we have never heard of before. The culinary arts race was on when it comes to food. Inside the house was cozy the sheets where soft and pillows were fluffy the carpets and rooms were very clean the bathroom had a beautiful shower and soap’s conditioner and body soap that we took advantage of. Coffee was on the house and a great set up at that. We sat on the front porch on the rainy day and enjoyed the rocking chairs that were plentiful along with a porch swing. Nice touches and a great place to call home away from home. If I were one to stay again I would ask her if they have any other properties and I did. They do own even bigger properties. With this much attention to detail how could you not want to come back. Thanks again we had a blast and slept well. Don’t forgot to go to the flying w ranch and enjoy wonderful entertainment but while your at the house enjoy the peace and quiet and maybe a dip in the hot tub.

A Perfect Stay!

Sarah runs a beautiful VRBO! Super clean! Kitchen was one of the best! Had every appliance and utensil needed for cooking. Large cooler provided for picnics which we used. House and yard immaculately maintained. Beautifully decorated. Fresh flowers in most of the rooms!Checkin was simple with no issues. Sarah is easy to contact with any questions and is like talking with a friend. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors friendly when walking around. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would stay again if we return to the area!

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Colorado Springs. The home is exactly as advertised. We were greeted with homemade cookies and fresh flowers. The rocking chairs on the porch provides a peaceful space for reading. Sarah was exceptional communicating with us as we faced travel challenges. We recommend highly.

Wonderful place to stay and close to everything!

This adorable place is perfect for two couples or a small family. It is close to everything - Pike's Peak, the Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods and an amazing trail system. Groceries also close by with a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and tidy. Every detail was thought of by these hosts. We arrived to freshly baked cookies (3 kinds), fresh cut flowers, a personalized note and comfy robes laid out in the bedrooms. Coffee and tea were provided and some nice bottles of wine were available to purchase. The hosts were beyond responsive, suggesting places to eat, a church and making sure our every need was met. I highly recommend staying here.
