This is a 2 BR/1 BA rental with a 2-car garage that fit our GMC 1500 crew cab truck! The garage was easy to access. The kitchen was fully stocked; the cutting knives were sharp! Good asst. of spices, cooking oils, vinegar, maple syrup (stuff you wouldn't think of). Breville espresso machine and another coffee pot. They supplied a Yeti cooler to use (we did daily). The property was decorated very professionally. Lots of throw pillows, very comfortable furniture, beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. The bathroom was small, but the newly remodeled shower was large and efficient. Fresh flowers throughout the house. There were so many things that Sarah & Caleb thought of that you just don't find at other rentals. We arrived after dark, but the entrance from the garage had motion sensor lights that made it so easy to see. The location was perfect; close to GOTG, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and so many other attractions. I'm sorry we didn't get to use the hot tube. Too many other things going on, but it looked inviting! KUDOS to Sarah and Caleb for providing such a nice home away from home. We want to come back!

Caleb and Sarah were super sweet hosts. They were very helpful and accommodating. They have a wine bar at the place and even went as far as asking what type of wine we preferred and were willing to buy it for us. Their restaurant and hospitality recommendations were perfect and greatly appreciated

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this two-bedroom bungalow in Colorado Springs. The home was spotless — truly one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve experienced. You can tell great care goes into maintaining the space.The hot tub was a highlight! Her warmth and attentiveness made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. She was responsive, thoughtful, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. The house was absolutely adorable. The bedding was amazing. Loved the hot tub, the kitchen sitting on the sofa and watching TV, sitting on the front porch and having coffee. A well sized garage is made it super easy to park the Jeep. The location was excellent - easy to get to everything. Fresh cookies from the host were a great start. This is the kind of host who has thought of everything. The little things that you forget or need are tucked away somewhere - in the bathroom, near the back door, or the kitchen cabinets - perfect thank you

We felt right at home with this clean and charming house! It had everything we needed and more for the most comfortable stay! Sarah was quick to respond with any questions and gave great recommendations on hiking trails and nearby restaurants. The hot tub was the best way to end a long day of hiking. This was the perfect house for our stay! We were passing through town and wanted a centrally located place close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak — and this home was absolutely ideal.From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with freshly baked cookies and beautiful fresh flowers throughout the home — such a thoughtful touch! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need if you love to cook or enjoy staying in with friends.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up surrounded by large windows with soft morning light was the perfect way to start the day. We were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — a true blessing during our three-week trip.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there’s even a wonderful pasta restaurant within walking distance that we loved.Communication with the host was excellent — she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home.We truly wish we could have stayed longer — this place is a peaceful gem, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This was by far the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, cozy and communication with the property owner was excellent. The home has quality furnishings, linens, tableware, appliances, decorations, etc. The owner went above and beyond with amenities. Attention to detail was amazing. We arrived to fresh flowers and home made goodies! Additionaly, the property was central to the beautiful sights of the Colorado Springs area. We visited the Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and attended a football game at the Air Force Academy - all were within a short distance of the property.We highly recommend this beautiful home!
