Gary was fantastic to deal with. The north Cheyenne canyon he recommended was some of the best hikes i have ever been on. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back !!

An Amazing place to stay
My wife and I spent our First Wedding Anniversary Weekend here and we are so happy we that we did! The Living room and bedroom windows and patio overlooking the amazing views of the mountains is something we just don’t see every day, just spectacular! Kitchen, living room, bathroom everything is modern and so nice. The Hosts are extra friendly and made us feel so welcome, I can’t say enough good word about them both, we will be back! Thanks

Great Destination for a weekend away
Everything went very smooth. Great communication, easy check-in, lovely place. Had everything there you can possibly imagine. Very quiet neighborhood, close to many popular spots. Lovely deck and scenery. Hope to come back when it's warmer so I can enjoy it more next time.

I couldnt have picked a better place to stay for our honeymoon, and our first time in colorado. Almost everything was within 20 minutes. Beautiful location!

Our stay here was perfect! The location was good, close to the Broadmoor and in an excellent neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the bedroom.

Perfect Location!
There’s no better place to stay in Colorado Springs! Wonderfully appointed…absolutely everything you need is here! Location…view of the city and in the distance, the Garden of the Gods! Fully stocked kitchen, spa like appointments in the bath and a beautiful outside area. This is all made possible by the most gracious hosts! They are on premises, but you will never know, as they are very respectful of their guests privacy. However, should you need anything, they will respond immediately. Do not hesitate to stay at this place!

Gary and Janet have the best VRBO in the Springs!
Beside the home being immaculate and very comfortable, it is located in a way that it is convenient to everything. A great view of the mountains and the city make it a real treat. We will be heading back to the Springs regularly and will for sure be looking to book this place again.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful views!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are incredible and the apartment is comfortable with many extra's to ensure a great stay. The owners are very friendly and though they live upstairs you'd never know it's very quiet. Great location with grocery and restaurants nearby. Don't hesitate in booking this property it's a true gem. We can't wait to return.

5 Star Apartment - Simply Amazing!
Gary is a wonderful host and the apartment is a true gem! The views from every angle are spectacular and the unit itself is immaculate and incredibly comfortable. If you are going to be in Colorado Springs just book this one, look no further.

great place
The perfect place for us to stay being able to stare at the grand mountain range above us and the vast city lights below us. We stay here to visit our son at fort Carson near by and will be looking to stay here again if and when we come back. The host were great and had plenty of ammenities available for the forgotten items. Thank you gary and janet. we love your place.

Amazing place!
The pictures truly don tell the story of this property! simply one the lovliest views and beautiful homes we have stayed in. the owners do live above but they truly are the most warm and welcoming hosts you could ever wish for. their little dogs are the sweetest things and we never heard a peep from them. the location is perfect for exploring the area but truly sitting on the swing with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the mountains is the perfect way to end a day.

Home Away From Home
The lovely apartment was just exactly as pictured. All the amenities were there, including all spices and utensils one would need for cooking. The owners were wonderful to have upstairs. A text got a quick answer. Windows surround the house to give awesome views of the mountains and the city below. And at night all the lights! Our very favorite place was the big table right outside, covered so it was always usable. Can’t say enough. We plan to return.

Picture perfect views.
This house has picture perfect views of the surrounding mountains. If you are looking for views, look no further. There is an outside table and benches to sit down and enjoy the scenary. We saw many deer, birds, hawks and even chipmunks. The whole bedroom has huge windows allowing for 180 degrees of views from the room. There was a snow storm one night and my wife made a comment that it felt like we were sleeping in a snow globe because of thr hugr windows surrounding the bed. The property manager Gary was great. He made it clear that he was there to help if we needed anything but was not intrusive. He reacted quickly to the questions we had and plowed the driveway for us when it snowed. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living room and bedroom are plenty big for a family. The house is well located and is within 20 minutes of all the Colorado Springs attractions. You are just over an hour out of Denver. I would definently recomend Garden of the Gods. We even went downtown Denver a few nights which was fabulous.

A beautiful peaceful view and stay
Gary communicated with me every step of the way ensuring he was prepped for our arrival. The sunrise and sunset was magical to view from the every location in the house. The fireplace and kitchen was icing on the cake. I still had to work and there was a perfect little table / work space for that. My husband and had a wonderful 10th anniversary! Thanks Gary!

Amazing location with an even better view. Almost everything we went to do was a short 10-15 minute drive. Property manager was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. A very comfortable space perfect for a quick getaway or a longer stay. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone that asks and plan on staying again.

Gary was amazing and gracious host. I would stay here anytime that I am in Colorado Springs. In fact, I want to come back just to stay here. The place was exactly as listed in the pictures. Views and location!
Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and private. Bed was comfortable. Fair pricing. It was the perfect couples get away. The views from inside apartment to outdoor patio space are amazing and location is great for visiting local attractions and hiking. It never took us more than 15 minutes to get to the places we wanted to go; N. Cheyenne Mt. trails, garden of the gods (you can also see this in the distance from the apartment windows), and The Manitou incline. You can hear some noises from owners but it did not bother us- just like being in a condo. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

mountain get away, with suburban convenience
loved the views, even had a couple of deer that came by one evening. Really liked the outdoor patio with elevated city and mountain views. Even had a great view of Garden of the Gods from a distance. Close to grocery shopping and 15-20 mins to down town.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were outstanding, the outdoor patio was perfect for coffee in the morning/dinner in the evening, and the neighborhood was great for nice (very hilly) walking. I would stay here again for sure!

Awesome property!
This property was amazing, and the views are BEAUTIFUL!! The location was an added bonus! Everything we wanted to do (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, zip lining, horseback riding) was all less than an hours drive away, average drive to most places was 30 minutes. We had everything we needed and then some! Gary was an amazing host, and was quick to offer suggestions of things to do close by, and to check in to see if we needed anything. We are definitely looking forward to a return visit in the near future!

A true gem overlooking the entire city of Colorado Springs.
I really can't recommend this place enough! Gary was a very gracious and attentive host. The property is located in a nice neighborhood and has amazing vistas of the entire city, including Garden of the Gods. My wife and I had complete privacy and made use of the fully stocked kitchen. The apartment was meticulously clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Also, to clear any confusion, the apartment is the entire first floor of the main house, with your own private entrance.

Weekend getaway
Me and a friend stayed for a weekend and I HIGHLY recommend this property! Clean, amazing view, and an even better host. Gary checked on us throughout our stay and let’s us know if we needed anything to let him know. When we go back we hope to stay here again!

Wonderful owners and great amenities
The owner Gary was so nice and accommodating. The condo was lovely and stocked nicely. The location was perfect. The views breathtaking. Nice comfortable bed with views. The covered patio was nice for coffee in morning. The Keurig coffee pot was cool to have. Thanks for the various flavors offered. The owners live upstairs and offered another room that has its own full bath for a last minute guest. This was very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay. God bless and nice meeting you.
