Son's Spring break stay
The house was well-sized, stayed with 3 other parents. Great communication with the owner. Pros-- Great Space to relax, Great Deck! GREAT Communication with the owners!! Cons-- Only had 3 coffee cups. Previous renters were not the best residents. That caused a few issues, but the owners quickly acknowledged and resolved them. We would stay/book and again.

Awesome Stay!
Went to Colorado Springs for a family vacation trip. This house is super close to all tourist sites such as garden of the gods, pikes peak, and seven falls. Great outdoor space for kids to play. Overall great stay!

Everything we needed and a responsive host!
My family was in town for a wedding at garden of the gods. Travel and access to the garden of gods was easy yet the home still felt very private away from the busy city. Check in and check out was so simple. The Gibsons (host) were very responsive and helpful. Home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were VERY comfortable! Home was clean. We would go back again.

Great for Family Get Togethersed
6 adults stayed in this comfortable house for a long weekend. There is a really nice mix of spaces to gather and privacy to retreat to in the bedrooms and/or multiple floors. We loved the deck and the large dining table. Everyone in my party commented on the quality of the beds. Bathrooms are a little DIY but functional. House is 15 minutes from any restaurants or stores, so you definitely a car. Hosts were super responsive and check in and out was very smooth.

Just perfect for what we wanted!
An ideal location for anything related to UCCS (and convenient [a short drive] to downtown as well as Old Colorado City). We enjoyed the clean, spacious property in a quiet neighborhood - and the large deck is ideal for morning coffee and evening conversation. Communication with the hosts is quick and thorough. We hope to return!

Great stay
Everything was nice. Home is lovely and well appointed. The only complaint was the yard service showed up at 8:30a on Sunday. We had planned to sit outside on the beautiful patio one last time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place
We had 7 adults and 2 kids when we stayed here. The place is exactly as described. We didn't have access to the garage like we thought we would but it wasn't really an issue (until the hail storm happened!). The yard left a little to be desired for the kids to play in it but we weren't at the house all that often so it wasn't really an issue either. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The queen bed in the basement is very noisy every time you roll over and not very comfortable. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Property
This was a great place to stay for our family of 6. The property was very nice and clean and had everything we needed for a 7 night stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, and we spent a lot of time on the nice large patio. The property manager was excellent and was great with communication. No issues at all. Will definitely try to stay here again if we are back in the area.

Exactly what we needed
This property met all of our needs! My husband and I and my parents stayed here and had plenty of room to gather together and also have separate spaces. The house can easily accommodate a larger group as well. It was clean and exactly as described. About 15-20 minutes from most attractions and in a nice, quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean and cozy!
We traveled to the Springs for a family funeral. There were 6 of us staying together. The house was so comfortable for us. We made a grilled steak dinner for 8 our first night there. The table fit us perfectly and we had matching plates and silverware for all of us. There were plenty of beds for everyone with lots of extra pillows and blankets. 2.5 baths worked well for us too. No waiting for a shower. We really loved the big living room. We could all sit comfortably and visit. The location was excellent. Easy access to all the main roads in town. We will stay again next time we come to town. Check in and check out could not have been easier.

A perfect stay in Colorado Springs
My family and I stayed here for a couple of nights while vacationing in Colorado Springs, and this was a perfect, cozy stay. The front deck was beautiful and great for downtime, and the location was central to everything we had planned for our visit. Plus, we had a mule deer visit us two days in a row to take a nap in the backyard, which was a real treat! :) Would definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay when visiting Colorado Springs
It was the perfect location for us for our vacation in Colorado Springs. The house is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood . The place was clean, neat, and very welcoming. Each family member loved the place and found the beds to be very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Adequate for six adults
We chose this property because we needed at least three bedrooms for six adults and room for all my family (10 total) to socialize. It was convenient to Colorado Springs country club where a brother lives. There is a large deck with ample seating and a fire pit we all enjoyed one evening. Property is a bit tired and could use some care both interior and exterior.

Colorado Getaway
Came to Colorado Springs for the Fallen Firefighter Memorial Service. The house was in a great location to downtown and local attractions. Clean and spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids/teens. The arcade game was a bonus and huge hit with the kids! The back deck made for fun and relaxing evenings! Would stay again and highly recommend!

Summer trip to Colorado Springs
This house has lots of room, very comfortable beds, great showers and an up to date kitchen. The deck always had a shady spot to relax and enjoy the great Colorado weather. Although we did not have any children with us it would be ideal for young families.

A great visit for parents weekend at USAFA
We had a nice stay for USAFA parents weekend! We enjoyed meals and grilling on the deck, and time to play games and sit by the fire pit with our family, our cadet, and his friends. Some constructive feedback- the yard is getting a little over grown, and we wished we had more matching dishes and a bigger table seating so we could easily eat around one table. We had good meals and lots of laughs in the house! Thanks!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is decorated so nicely, very clean, fully stocked, lots of sleeping options for various ages, comfortable beds. The back deck is amazing and there is a yard and fire pit also. Communication with the host and manager was excellent. We would recommend this house.

We went on a girls trip and had 5 ladies in the group. We all got our own bed and There was plenty of space. The deck was perfect for conversation and morning coffee. Location was perfect and the owner had excellent communication. Would recommend to family and friends and stay again.

Perfect for our approved gathering
Our son wanted to plan a surprise engagement gathering for both immediate families. Our family was coming in from out of town with two G’ma’s and two adult children and my husband and I. So we needed a place for all to stay comfortably and suitable for hosting a dinner gathering of 17 people. This darling house fit the situation perfectly. We got permission to have our quiet gathering and we had plenty of room and beds to accommodate the out of town family.

Nice spacious house in quiet neighborhood
This house worked really well for our family. The kids stayed in the basement (2 bedrooms and a bath, and plenty of beds), and they enjoyed playing the Nintendo down there. The big porch was definitely nice to hang out on. It had all the amenities we needed and then some.

Great house in Colorado Springs
We stayed here June 13th, 14th and 15th, 2021. We didn't have as many family members come as we thought would, but there would have been plenty of room. We had everything we needed and my 3 year old grandson loved it, especially the retro stand alone video game. We were in close proximity to Manitou Springs, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and all the other things to see. The home was very accommodating and clean. Highly recommend it. Marilyn Stotts
