    This easily accessible, attractive, much-loved family home offers the perfect location at a great price. Value-conscious travelers will appreciate this rental, close to shopping malls, a number of popular restaurants and pubs. Cottonwood Creek Park, with its versatile indoor/outdoor, year-round recreation facilities offers a variety of activities. The warm welcome you’ll receive from the locals in this Northeast corner of Colorado Springs makes this practical, well-kept home well worth booking!



    The Space:

    This well-appointed wood and face-brick home, with its attractive slate roof, offers plenty of comfortable space for a maximum of eight people. The fully fenced yard makes an ideal safe area for children.



    Enter through the front door into the comfortably furnished and inviting living lounge, with its adjoining dining room on the main level. Light, airy and furnished in shades of peaceful blue, the gentle, calm, and healing quality of this lovely space is great for relaxing. The open-plan sitting room on the same level is a more intimate, cozy space. Please note that the indoor fireplace is decoration only and not for use. Lovely glass sliding doors open onto the raised back patio where you can enjoy meals al-fresco.



    The fully equipped, well-appointed kitchen with attractive wooden cabinets, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and its own breakfast nook is the perfect place to conjure up some tasty family treats. A large, carpeted family room with private kitchenette and half bath is fitted with an attractive wood wall-to-wall bookcase.



    Two bright, airy bedrooms are located upstairs. Each room is carpeted, well appointed, and spacious with adequate closet space. Both the master bedroom and bedroom 2 are fitted with comfortable queen beds. Bedroom 3, located downstairs has a full bed and a blow up mattress in the closet. The master bedroom has its own private, fully equipped and attractively tiled bathroom with white porcelain fittings, bath, shower and toilet. Bathroom 2 upstairs and bathroom 3 downstairs have showers and white porcelain fixtures.



    An attractively decorated office, in vibrant green, offers sufficient space to run your business from the comfort and convenience of this versatile home. The fenced yard with its fire pit and attractive gravel features affords a safe and secure space for entertaining guests, or simply chilling with the family under the glorious Colorado sky.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the house and backyard. The garage is off limits.



    Parking

    Guests can park up to 3 cars onsite. Two in the driveway and one on the street.



    Early Check-in Requests

    We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



    Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

    1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

    2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.



    The Neighborhood:

    The property is well-placed for easy access to shopping, restaurants and outdoor entertainment. The United State Air Force Academy is just up the road. The amenities abound, and all of the best and most well-known attractions for visitors and guests are within a 10 - 15 minute drive.



    You are just minutes away from Cottonwood Creek Park which offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities to suit the entire family. For the sporting enthusiast, Cottonwood Creek Disc Golf Course is a beginner’s course that offers a golfing experience with a difference — using a flying disc instead of clubs and a ball. With changes in elevation that offer exciting challenges to the starting out disc golfer, and beautiful mountain views, this is an opportunity not to be missed.



    Dining out in Colorado Springs is an experience all of its own. Seriously. We have good food here. There are many restaurants and pubs to choose from. Among these is the highly recommended Jun Restaurant, for an authentic Japanese experience. Offering consistently good service and a great atmosphere, the Jun has oriental dining tables as well as hibachi and traditional kneel-to-eat tables. Serving delicious meals this is a dining experience that will not disappoint.



    For a more laid back dining experience, you may find the Whistle Pig, with its relaxed atmosphere, good food and excellent brews, a good choice. Then there is the country-themed Whiskey Baron Dance Hall & Saloon. This rustic, exciting eatery rocks with great music, line dancing, excellent food and service. So, if you like country music and down home food, this warm, welcoming spot is waiting for you!

    Getting Around:

    Although restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, parks and other attractions are located within walking distance to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.



    Other Things to Note:

    ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

    ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



    We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





    AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

    Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

    Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. The indoor fireplace is out of service and not for use. Clean and close to the

Perfect location for all the adventures we planned while in Colorado Springs. We had plenty of space for my family of six, and the house was very clean. The process of checking in and out was easy. The only complaints from my family was the AC didn’t cool very well, the yard needed mowing, and the hot water heater couldn’t keep up.
