Manitou Springs Weekend
We had a wonderful time in Manitou Springs. The condo was everything advertised. Loved the three levels. So much room and plenty of privacy when you wanted it. Great location with quick access everywhere. The pictures are true to the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back some day.

Cozy and Comfortable

great location and clean. bed in master was comfortable. bunk bed downstairs needs adjusting, noisy. the only reason i gave this property 3 stars is because of EVOLVE PROPERTY MANAGENT who tried to price guage me for almost $800 FOR ONE NIGHT WHEN I CONTACTED THEM TO ADD ONE NIGHT TO MY RESERVATION so we had to find another place for that night. SHAME ON THEM!!

Sweet spot
We all enjoyed our stay here. It was five family members, and we basically used the space to sleep. We were out, exploring most of the time, and it was convenient for Manitou Springs, which we love and garden of the gods, which was great hiking. Quick responses to any inquiries we made. Manitou get away
This rental was in the perfect location to enjoy Manitou Springs and the surrounding areas. We went specifically to hike and we were less than one mile from some of the most picturesque hiking I have ever done. The owner was responsive to all emails and made checking in and out a breeze. The condo was immaculate with everything needed to enjoy our stay. Looking forward to returning many times.

Perfect Location!!
Quick and easy access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Pikes Peak and downtown Manitou Springs! Our family of 6 stayed here for a week and had plenty of room. Basement area was perfect for our 8/9 year olds to hang and sleep, while teens/adults took the middle levels. Quiet street area and easy parking with room for a couple extra's if needed. Will definitely stay again!

Great Stay!
Enjoyed the condo- close to several fun activities for the whole family. The boys loved the “man cave” downstairs. One queen bed had a “dip” towards the middle- but nothing a pillow between us didn’t fix- we would definitely stay here again on our next visit! Thanks for a great stay!

The HOA did not make us aware that construction would be going on while you were there. We have advised them to communicate this with us in the future so our guests will be better prepared. Manitou springs vacation
Overall the property is spacious, clean and well laid out. The location is perfect for anything you would want to do in the area. Our biggest issues were that the bunk bed was so loud and creaky that the kids refused to sleep in it after one night. There was also a motion sensitive light that came on and off outside of the basement windows all night that kept our teen awake. Other than those issues though, the property was wonderful.

Great stay in charming Manitou Springs!
Had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, and well-appointed townhouse less than a mile from downtown Manitou Springs. Easy parking. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. Easy access to all the nearby sites including the Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods, Cliff Dweller Museum, and more. Thanks for an enjoyable few days!

Weekend Manitou Getaway
This condo is just the right size for small family groups visiting the area. The downstairs had the perfect set up for the kids while the grown-ups relaxed upstairs. The property manager was quick to respond to an issue with the sliding glass door upon arrival. I appreciated the follow-up from the homeowner. The kitchen could use some new cook wear as we found making breakfast a challenge without baking sheets and scraped up skillets and chef knives seemed dull and hard to use. Over all we had a great weekend with our families and are looking forward to next year.. There is so much to see.

Beautiful Property with Easy access
This is a beautiful condo that has a great layout for the whole family. It’s a 3 story condo with east access to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. You can even get to the interstate in less than 2 minutes.

This house is just lovely and had everything we needed. Very spacious, clean and quiet. Checked in and out with no problems. The local deer herd visited us every day! We wanted something in Manitou Springs and this is very close to the center of town, shops and all the tourist locations we were exploring so it is in a great location.

This is a great place stay and enjoy Manitou Springs!!
The location is fantastic with excellent parking. It was clean and very comfortable . Sitting outside watching the deer in the evening was entertaining and inside was very comfortable to sit, relax and visit with everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the host responded quickly to any questions. Returning in definitely a plan.

Great visit!
The condo is lovely. It had everything we needed. Our two boys 11 & 14 loved the downstairs bedroom/livingroom area! Nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a Cantina down the road that has amazing food and margaritas within walking distance. The only hiccup during our stay was that we couldn’t enter the condo until 5:30 because the cleaning crew was running late. We ended up doing some shopping in Manitou.

The perfect place to stay!
This VRBO could not have been more perfect. It hit the 3 C’s - Clean, Convenient and Comfortable. We had everything we needed and then some to make this a flawless week away. All the area attractions were a short drive away and this was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day.

Great Location....
I had a pretty bad experience with checkin and on arrival the place was still dirty from last guest. Company apologized but the place was cleaned in 30-45 mins that’s just not enough especially after a family of five and during COVID season. The location is great and the backyard is nice great finished basement. We could not adjust the thermostat it needed a code and so it was 80 degrees the whole time it felt better outside. Overall worst birthday vacation stay I’ve ever had and just not sure I could recommend.

Great space for a larger family/group.
Very clean. Great location, very convenient to local attractions and near the highway. Kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. We had a small glitch at checkin but Ashley resolved it quickly. Beds were not very comfortable to us but it did not ruin our entire experience. There are lots of sleeping spaces in the condo so it does accomodate a large group.

My wife, daughter, and I flew in from California for a wedding and stayed with my parents. The place is very cozy and a great setup with the upstairs and downstairs living quarters. Check in was very easy and the communication was awesome with great food recommendations. Location is perfect for Manitou and a short drive into Colorado Springs. Highly recommend!

The owners have great communication and even gave us a dinner recommendation! Our stay only ended up being a quick few hours since one of my sons broke his arm while we were gone, but Im sure the beds would have been very nice to sleep in:) will try again another time!

Great Manitou Home
We visited for the Pikes Peak Marathon. The house was so convenient to Manitou Springs and the Garden of the Gods. The house was comfortable, and we enjoyed cuddling up on the hammock outside in the cool morning air. We even saw a young deer hanging out behind the house! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Manitou Springs.

Family Wedding Getaway
This property's proximity to downtown Manitou was fantastic. It was also very close to restaurants and grocery stores which was very convenient. It was clean and spacious with lots of places to sleep/rest. The A/C worked really well which was a welcome relief. However, the bottom floor was quite chilly and the upper floor was warm at night. I appreciated the ability to get in touch with the owner when I had a question. An ironing board would have been really nice to have as we were attending a wedding. The garage, which is right next to the kitchen, smelled terribly and permeated the main level. It was nauseating. Also, I had trouble with the fragrances used here (bedding) and other allergens here. There was a dog bed and the carpet was quite old so maybe it was related to a pet. Remodeling was occurring in the unit with which we shared a wall and was very loud. However, they only worked during business hours. Unsure if I would book this place again because of allergies.

A Quiet retreat
We enjoyed the location the ease of getting to it &the quietness of the location. We would watch the momma deer &her twins there was several deers around there. With the 3 floors made it easy for the early raisers to get up not disturb the others. The townhouse was well stocked &they had 2bikes the younger children enjoyed riding them .
