This home was the perfect getaway for a couples retreat. It was perfectly sized and the host, Ann included everything to make the week complete bliss. This is a rare find that will make your trip the best it can be!

Great location! Just below Pikes Peak and close to Garden of the gods. Charming lil place with a Charming Host that made sure we were comfy. The place was great and conveniently located to attractions. Would highly recommend staying at this place if in Colorado Springs area visiting

Perfect Experience

If I could give more stars than 5, I would! Everything about our stay here was perfect and just what we needed. Ann and her husband were the best hosts. Would love to book again some day.

Great little house

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary of the Rose. Ann greeted us as we drove in and walked us into the room to show us the amenities. She even gave us a great recommendation for a place to eat after our long drive. The room was cozy with a comfortable couch for relaxing after a full day of exploring. The bed was comfortable. My wife and I loved the views from the front porch. We loved the location of the room being amongst the mountains but not far from town. This is definitely a place we will stay again when visiting the area.

Cute little cottage with an outstanding host! No kitchen, but a microwave and good coffee maker. We were provided with fresh baked bread and delicious peaches. The place was clean and very comfortable. Very close to Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods.

A sweet getaway

The guesthouse is a sweet, beautiful place for a getaway. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (even some portable chairs to take to an event!). Ann was great to work with and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Surrounded by beauty and excellent location!

Quiet and cozy in the most beautiful setting. Everything you need for a perfect get away. Highly recommend taking pikes peak drive to The Pantry for breakfast/ lunch. Just love the perfect location, we will be staying here again!

Perfection

We had a perfect stay at the Sanctuary. It was beautiful, peaceful, convenient and exactly what we were looking for. This is truly the best place we have stayed. We loved the homemade cookies and bread from Ann, it was like the cherry on top of our stay.

Wonderful stay! This is our 5th year of staying in this condo and it gets better every year. Martin makes sure every detail is taken care of. Just bring clothes and food and enjoy. Already booked for next year!!

Sanctuary of the Rose

The sanctuary was incredible! Cute, comfortable, well appointed, it had everything you needed for a short stay. Plenty of local information about restaurants, activities and shopping. The host went out of her way to make our stay wonderful (the cookies were amazing), if we are in the Colorado Spings area in the future we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing find!

We had a wonderful stay at The Sanctuary of the Rose! This cottage is exceptional, full of charm and comfort. Quiet location but close to area attractions. Property hosts, Ann and Chuck, are lovely people!

Anniversary Trip

Great hidden retreat for my boyfriend and I to celebrate our anniversary together. Ann had wonderful recommendations for food as well as the LDLO event at Memorial Park. The property was lovely, clean and extremely comfortable.

Adorable place

Had a wonderful stay. The rain was a bit much but we still managed to explore the area and get in a few hikes. Ann, the hostess, is wonderful. Very nice and accommodating. Thanks for the hospitality Ann!

Stay here if you can!

We were only to stay for two nights because we were in town for a wedding. But this place is incredible - if you have the chance to stay here, take it. The host is so incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place offers a chance at healing and reflection. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back again.

50th Anniversary

This was the perfect setting for our occasion. So comfortable! We were greeted with fresh baked cookies, 2 fresh peaches, and a bottle of champagne. Ann is the most Gracious Host. We will stay there again and we highly recommend!🌟
