Truly a beautiful home in a great location! We met up with family from multiple states to explore CO and catch up. Easy highway access to visit Pike's Peake, Garden of the Gods, Zoo and more.

I HIGHLY recommend staying here! Wish we had more days. The house is beautiful and we felt right at home. Very clean and the little extras (coffee, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, toothbrushes etc) are an appreciated nice touch. Family enjoyed the pickleball!

Could be a very nice stay but it was not very clean. There were new towels and sheets (could tell by the fold marks that they were new but never washed), but there was old coffee in the coffee pot, mold starting in the coffee grounds left, but worst was smears of what looked like fecal matter on the bowl of the toilets. Paying a cleaning fee of 200 I didn’t actually expect to have to clean myself. Tried messaging the owner but have not heard anything back from him for a week. Wanted to leave a good review, but cannot because of the lack of communication.

1st level toilet that I cleaned myself so we could use a clean toilet while there.

Oh my gosh—we loved every minute of it. It was perfect for Weddings at Spruce Mountain for family groups staying together. There was plenty of room and more than enough to do to keep all of us entertained! Some extended family stayed at home while we attended back-and-forth with wedding plans, prep, and wedding day. The property is outstanding!
